Didn’t seem like there many other guests at hotel even though they have 8 floors, which was weird since we realy enjoyed staying at this hotel! Big and clean room, amazing beds, good service from the staff (though almost no english speaking). Would recommend!

I can't believe Expedia lists a hotel this bad, wifi doesnt work staff barely speaks English, located far fom anything useful. Left after an hour even though i paid for a week.

The property is located in the center of the city. It's easy to book a grab and the drivers were nice. We also had a spacious room and a balcony. We had quiet place to stay. Great deal.

So for the price ($13), this isn’t such a bad deal. It is an old building, with limited facilities; however, if all you are looking for is a place rest and store your stuff, this hotel is fine. I booked it for just that during a 12 hr layover before my flight to the Philippines. Another factor that might be problematic is that virtually no one speaks English at the front desk, so you won’t get a lot of help with directions and such. However, Google Translate was a solid work around.

The property staff were extremely responsive and helpful. Some of them did not speak English, but we used google translate and my needs were met. If there is anything you need during your stay, feel free to ask the staff. They are very helpful. Will maybe stay again.

My room - 306 - was delightfully quiet. Aircon, TV chanels, top quality. Staff had minimal to no English. Neighborhood had lots of fine, local restaurants. Hotel away from main tourist zones, so good for people comfortable living among locals

Very happy with my stay here! Excellent value for the money! Hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Motorbike parking right out front. Taxis are very cheap, so transport to Riverside area is fast and easy. Room was large, clean, with big bathroom and great AC. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in shower. I loved the balcony and the view was great. Two things to mention: while the rooms are certainly clean and comfortable, they are not new…so if you are looking for modern luxury, this is not the hotel for you. Also, front desk staff are very warm, welcoming, and friendly…but communication was challenging at times due to the language barrier…even for basic requests (like laundry service, for instance). So keep that in mind if you are looking for detailed information and/or concierge-like service. You won’t get that here. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I return to Phnom Penh!

This hotel would be great, if it had some service associated with it. In 7 days I stayed there, they didn't ask if I need cleaning once, nor the cleaning lady showed up. You have to ask for it, as you have to ask for the free water every day. Trash bags had been left by the stairs on my floor, and they had not been picked up when I checked out 2 -3 days later(!). The wifi was very lacking (test speeds of 1-2 Mbps to Singapore) but the data connections from the local SIM providers are great (I used Cellcard). The room itself was great and compensates for the above, with a nice queen-sized comfortable bed (not hard), a nice desk and chair, a big bathroom with ample hot water, a TV with lots of cable channels, and a nice balcony. However, starting on day 3 of my stay there, someone on the floor above thought that moving furniture, including at 1am and then again at 7am, is a good idea. So factor in internal noise as another downside.

Really nice place with a good location, close to the S21 prison. Beds are firm which I prefer but some might not like. I’ve been traveling for two months now and this hotel was one of my favorite so far.

Staff Barry understand English but they are really helpful and will get what you need any way. I stayed 3 nights and neither of those they clean the room. I’m a clean and not-messy person, but still, It’s located 2 blocks away from the Genocide museum, which is what I wanted!

Only cost $20 a night. Rooms were spacious. Loved the balcony. Hotel had no hair dryer or coffee maker as advertised. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed this hotel for two days. This hotel is not located along Main Street, so it was very quiet at night, which is very good! The room was clean including balcony. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay this hotel again.

It has what you need.. Soft bed. Clean pillows.. Good big shower room.. Lift.. Good TV... Nice staff... Bit far from the night spots but PassApp taxi service is.cheap...i like it.. No hassles..

The hotel ticks certain boxes... Still far from anywhere.. But now with passapp it's cheap to get about.. Or grab.. Download the apps.. The hotel is clean.. Good beds.. Good TV. Fridge and some have balconies which are great for the view.. Staff speak little English but passable.. If you need a kettle just ask.. Pillows soft as well.. Roms are small with large bathroom and all works.. Plenty sockets.. All in all its comfy and no problem with staff about who stays or have they been checked in etc... You will find some Korea stay here but mostly Chinese and if you know Chinese people here you will not be surprised to find smoke is everywhere and bags left outside their door and loud.. But they keep to themselves.. This a cheap hotel in a city that is getting dearer by the week.. It offers all you need for short term or long term.. Walk in rate $20 but book online you can get for 17...18 a night... 2 bottles of water you collect from reception each day...

Location was a bit far from the "centre" but there were lots of restaurants around. The Tuol Sleng is basically just behind the hotel. Room was spacey and pretty clean. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We stayed just for one night. Staff maybe lacked the language skills but still did everything to help us out. In the morning we even got some boiling water for our cup noodles from the reception. For the price, very good.
