A beautiful apartment but not for everybody.

Great central location. Very friendly hosts. Very stylishly furnished apartment. Bright apartment with terrace and big windows that could be opened.

No AC during some very hot nights (there were plenty of fans, however). The apartment was spacious but had an odd layout and was a bit difficult to maneuver with all of the furniture. The biggest drawback is that it has one very small toilet with no air circulation.

Lovely stay, very helpful hosts. Stylish and charming all round. Would use again.

Excellent location, tremendous style and decor. Very comfortable beds and furnishings.

The shower and WC arrangements and placement within the apartment were unconventional but not deal-breakers in terms of being able to enjoy staying there.

Really odd layout of rooms. It was boiling hot in the apartment. There was a loo oddly situated in the dining room.

This is not ideal place for summer & not for working people or anyone that require strong good wifi.

Location was great! Owner helpful to help us carry up the luggage to the Apt!

There was no aircon in Apt. Owner only provide 1 fan, but there were 2 rooms. If there was fan in each room, we wouldnt have to call you to ask about the fan. I have our whatsapp record. The wifi was extremely slow, I couldn't really do my work. Something that normally takes me 5 sec to submit took me almost 2 minutes. (I even sent you a video showing you the problem to back up my claim) The layout of the Apt is very weird, especially the location of toilet is at dining hall. We had to keep toilet door open for ventilation but smell comes out to dining table. Owner instruct don't close the shower glass door because is broken, so water wets the tiny shower bathroom. It is sad that when one gives honest feedback - When other traveler also mentioned the unlogical position of toilet and No Aircon there was silence. But because I gave more elaborate details reasoning for this "Unlogical" position I am called a brat. The fact that even without refund I had to move to a hotel with aircon and good wifi speaks volume of this Apt.

Spacious and central

The owners are very kind…they helped my wife and children with the bags carrying the luggage. When we travelled for a few days, the hosts held our luggage for the period.

Great apartment. The hosts are kind, wonderful people and we've returned to stay at the property.

Absolutely central. Large apartment - very spacious. Excellent hosts - very kind. Well equipped with kitchen, bathroom amenities, washing machine, dish washer, etc.

There are two bathrooms and one toilet. Given the central & historic location of the building, it is clear there are limitations to making changes to the building. Not a major issue as it was all family sharing the apartment.

Good location

Location right off Maribeau and check-in and support during stay (although needed to use our French basics). Appartement had some classic charm - fitting the area.

Layout and Bathrooms a bit unlogical and only one toilet (for family of 5). Be aware there is no airconditioning and can be really hot in summer.

Beautiful renovated appartement

The best location to visit Aix en Provence Amazing living room and very comfortable rooms + perfect kitchen so stay for a couple of days

The ceiling is a bit worn out and the building as a whole is from an other century but / and it goes well worth the experience.
