This spacious downtown oasis is located just a couple blocks from beaches, Tubb’s Hill, parks, buzzing downtown Coeur d' Alene shops, pubs & so much more! Designed to easily sleep up to 8 guests. This home features 3 bedrooms with high end mattresses, blankets, pillows and even a Pack n Play upon request, 2.5 bathrooms which includes a master suit. All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & more. Large dining room with lots of seating at the table as well as the kitchen island. Where your family and friends can enjoy a meal together or play a game. A bonus to this home is the two living rooms. The main level living room has comfy couches and a gas fireplace with plenty of room to play games and relax. The upstairs living room is set up as a great movie room with a day bed that sleeps two. Kids can explore, play board games from the closet, or enjoy reading from the bookshelf. The fully equipped kitchen is an open concept so you can prepare a meal while still enjoying everyone's company in the dining and living room. Flat screen TVs are placed one on each level's living room area. The sunlight filled front porch is great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning to relax before heading to your next adventure. Directly in front of the home is a bike lane so, it’s the perfect spot that easily leads to the famous Centennial Trail. There is also a spacious backyard that offers private lounging on the patio with seating and a Weber grill next to a private and secure large garage, and alley-accessible driveway. Two of my friends from work and I stayed at this beautiful home this weekend to enjoy a day at the spa at the CDA resort. This home not only matched the description shown, but it offered us the perfect spaces to bond. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed when prepraring food or watching a movie. We especially loved that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance so we were able to take in the downtown CDA feel aling the way. All 3 of us said wed stay there again!

The place was wonderful however for as many people as it sleeps the hot water should absolutely last longer than it does. If I was staying longer than a day or two I would have been bothered by not having a functioning dishwasher.

The property was amazing. It was very clean and had everything one might possibly need. They even provided beach towels, sand toys and a swim floaty. We loved the fact that we could park our car at the property and walk to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house is exactly as it shows on VRBO. We had a couple of hiccups (no trash bags and empty bbq propane tank) but these were quickly addressed. Thank you for a wonderful stress free wedding week!

We had such a wonderful experience in this home! We came to watch my husband race in Ironman CDA - it was in the perfect location, central and walkable to everything (race related and not) and, being 7 months pregnant with two young kids, this was crucial! The house itself was beautiful and well taken care of. There was so much space for the kids to run around upstairs and everyone had such a great time. Will definitely back!

We were very pleased with the clean, updated and beautiful house. Some houses do not feel completely comfortable but this one did. Everything was fresh. I really loved the upgrades and decorating. This is a great house for kids too. We appreciate the extra touches.

We were in CDA for a family reunion and this house was in the perfect location - walking distance to parks and downtown shops, eateries, and bars. It was clean and roomy enough for all of us. The bonus space upstairs was a pleasant surprise and a great place for the kids to hang out. The house had everything you need including beach towels. We hope to come back again next summer.

Thank you for a great weekend stay. The house was advertised very well. Master bed and bath was really nice. Lots of space for gatherings upstairs and down. There was a bonus for us in that the garage was available for use. Parked 2 in the garage and a mid sized pickup on the pad next to it. Came in very handy because the front curb side was a bike lane.

Every year five of us get together for a few days. We are all in our 70’s! We loved this house! It was lovely, clean, conveniently located. A short walk or a quick car ride was all that was required to get us to our planned activities. Highly recommended by all of us!

Gorgeous house for our 2-night stay. Comfortable, peaceful and well appointed with everything you could need (a few more glasses for wine, etc would be good). Great location within easy walking distance of the park, lake and main street with shops & restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the day!

This was the perfect house in a great location four our Coeur d’Alene Christmas. The house is updated with all modern appointments. The beds are all comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. Also, Diana and team are great communicators and go above and beyond to make your stay stress free and comfortable. We absolutely loved it here!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, very comfortable vacation home. The pictures are very accurate and reflective of the home. The beds were very comfortable, soft and loved the towels! The location is spot on with everything within walking distance. Comfortable, cozy home in great location! We are from the area, and this was a trip back home after being gone for way too many years. I know the area and wanted a spot close enough to walk downtown. The location of this house was perfect ... just a couple blocks to get to Sherman Ave. and all the shops, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, and a couple more to City Park and Beach. The house is nicely decorated, very homey, and clean. It felt like home away from home. Management was great and super responsive. Thanks, Diana! We'll definitely be back! Can't wait!

Very nice property, large space with 2-1/2 baths and huge loft area separate from main living area. Location cannot be beat, only 1-1/2 blocks East of downtown CDA so walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, parks and beach. Garage was nice touch for parking car and central air was welcome on a very warm weekend. Full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace and large walk-in master shower, all very nice. Some minor minuses were the uncomfortable and small couch space in living room (loft couch was great!) and lack of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, etc. Overall the property was very nice and location was conducive to walking everywhere in downtown CDA, Tubbs Hill and Sanders Beach area.

We had a great stay. This VRBO had enough room to accommodate a group of 8 ladies for a girl's weekend. 2 1/2 baths was a bonus. The facilitate had enough spare pillows and blankets for spreading out. The location was perfect for walking to downtown CDA. It also had enough parking to accommodate 3 vehicles in the back and 1 vehicle out front, across from the house. Our stay was filled with memories.

What an amazing home, only a few blocks to downtown, the Lake, and Tubbs Hill. An incredibly clean and spacious home, where we felt safe with our kids and plenty of room to spread out after a long day exploring Northern Idaho. There is so much to see and do in the area.The home has everything you will need , even a small table for little ones. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. After using VRBOs all over the US from Florida to Alaska, this home ranks as one of our absolute favorites. We hope to be back soon!

House is very nicely remodeled, provides lots of functional space and overall was a great place. Location was close to several places on the lake and walking distance to Tubbs Hill. Property Manager was responsive, flexible and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again
