We enjoyed our trip, everything was close and in-between. The view to the mountains were amazing and deers were right in the backyard freely eating the grass. The house was equipped with the essential needs to stay!

House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice location and a good value. Wildlife in the area. Deer in the yard everyday. The outside trash can was full when we arrived and was not emptied all week. Had to pick up trash strung across the neighborhood on two different mornings from what the neighbors said was bears getting into it. Instructions on when to set out trash would be helpful as well as some other basic information on the house. TV had some issues streaming and may be in need for an update. The fans provided at the house were helpful for the mid to late July stay. Would stay again.

The house is very clean and in a great location. It is really close to a ton of activities, but rests in a quiet neighborhood allowing for relaxation. As a bonus, deer are crawling all over! Bring your family. You won’t regret it!

It was Great to get there and see some deer around the house, it was very clean and the backyard was nice and the fire was amazing for Texans that were not used to the cold

Clean and exactly as advertised

The house worked out well for the 7 of us. The kitchen was lacking a few things like a blender but it was fine

Did not have enough time to enjoy this beautiful property. We had to many event to attend during our stay. But our whole family enjoyed the time we spent in Colorado.

We had four adults and two young children. We were meeting four other family members who were at their nearby cabin. Our purpose was to have lots of interaction and playtime, as well as scatter ashes of the family matriarch in her beloved Pikes Peak area (not at the rental!).The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. It was nice having the outdoor space for both adults and children - just need to watch the smallest ones around the rocky water feature. The children were particularly excited about the deer in the yard, including one that tried to follow them into the house. The downside of animals in the yard is lots of poop but it was an okay trade off. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the children enjoyed both the outdoor playground and toys inside. There were some good natured foosball tournaments as well. The late April weather was cool but great for being outside for the first few days, and then really fun the day when several inches of snow fell! The location was close to everything in Woodland Park, as well as some errands that needed to be run in Colorado Springs. The view of Pikes Peak from the street was amazing. The beds were too hard for some of the family members to sleep well, but that's a personal preference. It was nice to have the kitchen available so food could be prepared and not always purchased out somewhere.

It was snowing when we arrived. It added to the beauty of the place. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The place had plenty of room.

The house was well supplied and very clean.
We would definitely stay again if it's available!

Nice home with sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for my group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 3 years old. There was nice separation with the 4th bedroom being on the far side of the house from the other three bedrooms. The home needed a few minor cosmetic fixes and we could not find any extra trash bags for the kitchen trash.
4.8
The property was clean and easy to get to. It was fairly cold outside so the furnace had a hard time keeping up. Could have used an electric heater, such as a vornado to help keep the house warmer.
4.8
Spent a long weekend with family and was happy with the house and its well stocked kitchen. It snowed most of the time we were there, but we had a great time playing games and hanging out in a nice, clean home.

We loved staying at this property. We especially liked the families of deer that resided in the back yard most of the time. The house is in a great location for the Salute to Veterans Rally that we attended. Will for sure stay here again if it has not sold.

Great location right in Woodland Park. Nice playground, stream, hot tub, fire pit, grill and seating in backyard. Very nice outdoor space. Rooms were quite nice, large kitchen.
Tub drain plug didn’t work but used a plate and plastic so I could take a bath. Master bed wasn’t the most comfortable to me but no one else complained.
Play area for kids, crib and playground nice extras.
Internet for TV kept cutting out and was difficult to use but was ok. The master bath shower REALLY needs somewhere to put your soap and shampoo other than the floor! Other than that very nice space.

The house was the perfect set up for our family vacation.
The extra family amenities like the crib and playground were great additions.

This house was awesome! It was close enough to the event we were in town for and all the other things we wanted to do! The house was very clean! We even saw a couple deer chilling in the back yard!

We really enjoyed this perfectly located home! There were even daily visits from the friendly local mule deer. Views of Pikes Peak from the front of the house were a pleasant surprise also! Patryk was easy to contact (I only had to contact him requesting early check-in, as the house was perfect and had everything we needed). The ad for this property states that they have a coffee grinder, which they do not, so keep that in mind if you’re expecting to grind your beans. But that was no biggie for us! We would definitely stay at this house again. I’ve never had a bad experience renting from Evolve through VRBO, in fact I now look for their properties when planning a vaca.

This was in a great location. The host was great and there were no issues. We would definitely return to this property

Excellent experience. We had plumbing issues that were fixed immediately.
Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Nicely updated.
Everything we needed for our family of 7. Clean and nicely updated but they should have paid more attention to the finishing details. Could have used a bit more instructions for the door keypad. Rugs needed at the doors for shoes. One of the remote didn’t work so we could not adjust the tv volume. We cooked a lot of our meals in the Kitchen and it could have used a few more items like a pizza pan and rubber spatula, but we made do. We loved seeing deer walk through the back yard and the hot tub was great! Also, a note about putting the can out on garbage day is a good idea.

Patrick's home in Woodland Park was a perfect spot for our family to land while we moved to town. The house was really well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms were clean and well stocked and beautiful. There also was a room with a crib which was a huge bonus as we needed two cribs for our kids age. Patrick was friendly and communicative! Great views of the mountains from the side room and a real close walk and drive to town, parks, anything you needed. The house worked well for our needs and stay, however it didn't have the " woodsy retreat" feeling if you are looking for that. It had all the essentials and would be a great stopping point if you are up for hiking and enjoying the town. Thanks Patryk for accommodating us!

This home was larger than we expected. The open area in the kitchen was nice for preparing and enjoying meals together. The home was very clean.

We rented the home as a group of women for a conference at Charis Bible college. It was a perfect location only 8 minutes or so from campus. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Some of the ladies were a little disappointed in the lack of normal rental items. There were no wash clothes and there were no sheets on the bed: Just duvets. Everything else was so nice that we were surprised that was not provided. Overall this house is a great stay.

Our group really enjoyed our stay in Woodland Park. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, watch movies and have a cookout. We also loved the play room and took full advantage. The kids (mad adults) loved seeing the buck, deer and fawn in the yard. Great proximity to tourist attractions.

Nice house
Quiet and comfortable place. Very nice updated bathrooms. Keypad didn't work several times and we call the host to get in. A little on the pricey side.

Room for Families plus See Wildlife
This four-bedroom two-bath home gave lots of room for my family of five to be together in the evenings, but also have privacy at night. There was a comfortable bed for everyone and no fussing over who had to sleep on the sofa. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and eating meals, and we enjoyed using the gas grill in back. The house appears to have been recently remodeled with good kitchen appliances, luxury finishes/tile in the master bath, and some new flooring and carpeting. I don't believe the home has air conditioning, but the altitude is about 8,500 feet and we needed heat rather than air conditioning for our late-June stay. Every day we saw interesting wildlife, such as deer and a black bear. (Don't keep food in your car, since that could invite bear breakins.) The location is about 20-25 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The one suggestion I would make is to have blinds or black-out curtains in the bedrooms to make it easier to sleep after the sun comes up.
