Je ne comprends pas les mauvais avis que l'on peut trouver sur cet hôtel. C'était bien et confortable et le personnel était aimable. Il y avait du café disponible le matin
L'autoroute qui fait du bruit à coté

Nick at the front desk was awesome.
He was very helpful.
The 1/2 pillows the first night.

The room was gorgeous and very comfortable a great value for the price.
Not a traditional hotel/motel Limited towel service and have to supply your own toilet paper after 2 rolls. No breakfast. vending machines take money but don’t always dispense.

Location only
Cleanliness was horrible. Cigarettes burns on furniture & counter. Holes in the doors. Floor was sticky & yucky. Towels & bed covers were dingy. I slept in the yellow chair

floors were dirty and room smelt musty. one of the drawers had a vape in it and a bunch of dirt and dust. the sink wasn't cleaned properly and our bathroom sink kept backing up. tv remote had hair in it and it was greasy. overall not a clean place to stay.

We had a late check in due to bad weather. once arrived at the hotel the staff member answered the phone to let us in and said she couldn’t check us in because the credit card machine was down. I told her I had already paid. she then said Ugh, I’ll be right there. Took her like 20 minutes to let us in and very rude slammed all the doors and yelled at us come in and stand right by that window. I asked her if there was a problem or why was she being very rude and yelling at me, she said no there’s no problem. It’s just that we are closed and I was sleeping, but I’ll check you in right now. Her attitude was very much unacceptable and rude. I told her we would not be staying there and for her to please cancel our reservation. she then said she had no problem checking us in and said she apologized for her attitude, it’s just that she was sleeping. I told her okay, but her attitude and her slamming doors in our face was not okay, and we would be looking elsewhere. I did get her name after asking her like 3 times. she said it was Cindy! Will NEVER be staying here again! terrible service. I legit never had this type of problem in any hotels.

Absolutely nothing.
The fact that there were stains on the sheets, pubic hair all over the bathroom, food on the floor, dirt and bugs on the desk. Wasn’t cleaned at all. Slept in our clothes because we were so uncomfortable.
Didn’t like that I was supposed to check in at 3:30pm, showed up at 4:30pm and was told the room still wasn’t clean. Came back at 11:30pm after dinner and a show and the room was never touched. It was disgusting.

The room was big and had a full size fridge. It also had a stove and microwave. The room had a couch as well.
One room wasn't ready when I checked in and the other room still had blankets next to the couch. The bed was hard for my family.

I liked that the hotel saved us $35 dollars because we walked to fright fest. It was exactly a 24 minute walk. This hotel was located near lots of things to eat, a speedway, coffee, and had really nice surroundings overall. The man that checked us in was super nice and we even got to check in early with no deposit. Tons of lamps, full size fridge
THERE ARE NO POTS AND PANS!! I really think this should be stated in overall description. They advertise a full kitchen. I've never been to a place that had stove tops, a full size fridge, and completely empty shelves. We got back around 11 pm and were exhausted from walking around the park for hours.. and of course the elevator was not working. So we had to take 4 double flights of stairs. (11 pm- checkout it wasn't working). Also, there is no midnight staff? So after I'm assuming 10-11pm, you're just out of luck

Love the location it was secluded, breakfast was not included which was fine the price I pay was a good bargain. The staff members were cheerful and very informative.
Everything was good to me so this question doesn't apply to me.

I liked that WoodSpring was close to Six Flags, McDonalds, and had quick access to major roads.
Staff were not very friendly or professional. Upon check in, the lady at the front desk did not smile once, make eye contact with me, had minimal patience, and spoke with a rude tone of voice. She did not tell us any information about check out, fitness centre, parking, complimentary coffee, etc. Our room was had a very strong smell of cleaning products which seemed to be used to cover up the smell of cannabis. Bed was quite squeaky and soft, minimal support. The next morning, I went downstairs around 7:00am to try and check out. Front desk was closed and staff were no where to be found. No box for room key drop off. Front desk had a sign that said that the desk opened at 9:00am and that we should dial 500 on the lobby phone for after hours assistance. I called 500 multiple times with no answer. I waited 20 minutes before a lady who seemed to be cleaning staff came into the building from the parking lot. She noticed we were waiting for assistance and managed to run into a gentleman in the hotel elevator who she thought could help. He did not have a name tag on and did not look like staff; however, he approached us after speaking with the other lady and told us to just slide our keys under the gate that closed the front desk. We followed his instruction as we needed to leave the city as soon as possible and had already wasted 20 minutes. The man then went into the office to retrieve our room keys from under the gate. He did not apologize for the lack of service or try to find the proper reception staff for us. We found the experience to be highly unprofessional. If it weren’t for the lady who came into the building, we could’ve been there waiting for who knows how long as they do not answer the after hours phone that they tell you to call. We could have been very late to go somewhere important. There seemed to be complimentary coffee in the lobby but no stack of cups to use.
