The view is magical from this apartment, would stay again!

The view was amazing. Really modern and clean inside. Very warm and great facilities in apartment. The sauna is a great touch.

After a long journey we couldn’t access the building and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us… after 20 mins of waiting someone put head out of window upstairs and helped us. The phone number on door for emergencies didn’t respond. Also had to get taxi back up hill every day as not walkable in winter.

Modern und sauber eingerichtet. Tolle Sauna und erstklassige Aussicht!

Es war alles schön, nur die Entfernung zur Ortschaft ein wenig zu weit. Aber das ist nunmal so und sonst hätte man auch nicht diesen schönen Blick über den See.

the view of the apartment is just great, the cleaning of the apartment was fabulous. the parking of the car as well was acceptable. the size of the apartment is good not really like the photos but I would say it was fair. the communication was okay but you need to consider the weekend as there’s no reception, the contact will be only on WhatsApp. but it might take time to response. the staff salina she was really active and answering immediately but i don’t know if the number will be only with her or no..

the way to the apartment is really dangerous as you have to drive all the way up the mountain.. there was lots of insects which was really challenging if you have kids. it was really hot during the day and there’s no air conditioning so put in mind the summer there. there’s no cleaning service but they do have the equipments so you have to clean daily by yourself..

The road to the property is unpaved road (not asphalted) and because of that, there were a small stone jumped to my tyre’s pad and make a problem that should be fixed by expert.

The summer card was not activated by the owner of the apartment, and when contacting her, she did not respond to us quickly, and it was activated on the last day of our residence. This was very bad, and the sauna was out of order.

800m to a lift - doubt it...

The view was beautiful, also the facilities in the apartment were up to date (if the kitchen is not included)

First and foremost the booking side said that there were 800m to the nearest lift - this is however nowhere near the truth. We had to fix the light's in the apartment (sauna and living room) while the bulbs wasn't working. Plates and cutlery were missing to serve 4 people, no trash bags. And also, the restaurant which was said to be open, was closed - so we had to drive to town everyday and shop or eat out. Which we did not plan at all. When we contacted the people responsible for Sonnberg about the lights, they came 2 days later and told us it could be fixed when we leave. All in all, this place is not worth the hype or the money. There should be a regulation in the price forward.

You need a car for sure - its 10 mins up the mountain, and you need to be at the lifts by 8.45 latest for free parking, but this was fine for us.

Could have been great but first night problems spoiled the start of the holiday

great size and quality.

No Oven. small hob very hard to cook. Arrived late and room was not ready. had to wait at least 1 hour 30 minutes to get in room. finally got in at around 22:30. check in time was 16:00. host offered to pay for a meal for us as compensation however never contacted us again.

Wonderful location, wonderful stay

A beautiful location, exceptional views across Zell am See, the apartment is spacious, well laid out, spotlessly clean, the private sauna is an absolut treat, a lovely bonus to find essentials like tea coffee etc on arrival.Locally sourced honey was delicious!! Complementary drinks in the fridge, a nespresso machine, tealight/ candles … lots of welcoming touches 👍

There was nothing not to like about the property. We underestimated the time and effort involved to walk to the village and back each day ( we travelled without own transport) but that was our personal issue

-Check-in process was not OK. We had to wait more then one hour to get the key. -could not find our Zell am See summer so we went to downtown to get the card by ourselves

Should not be called a hotel anymore. This accommodation doesn’t has: -Reception -Room service -Breakfast Although it is registered as a partner with “Zell am see Kaprun summer card” they did not issue it to me, saying that they are having technical issue. Which let me to pay for the activities and costing me money for a thing that should be free. Once you arrived to your apartment you are alone. The building feels like a ghost house as there is no reception. As a tourist visiting Zell am see you do not want to waste your time looking for a breakfast or making it. You want to relax and enjoy your meal with a cup of coffe on morning and looking over the nature from the balcony. Other thing, the towels provided by them will be with you for the whole stay !!! as there is no room service to give you new ones. The one who contacted me through the WhatsApp doesn’t know anything except my apartment number and the pin code to get the keycard from the box. I asked if the tap water here is drinkable and replied to me “I think so” The only good thing here is the view from balcony and the free parking. Never again gonna rent this accommodation unless it is run with another owner who knows how to make it great again.

Nice and clean apartment. Modern and with a lovely view over Zell am see.

Pretty far from the city center if you don’t have a car. it takes app. 20 minutes to walk to the center and 30 minutes to walk home due to a very steep road up.

Amazing

Almost everything, they have amazing kitchenware all of them were new! And there even milk frother .

The only thing I didn’t like is the payment only in cash! Which I wasn’t ready holding and I had to withdraw from atm and I had to pay two times of the charge to my bank!. And if the balcony barrier were made of glass it won’t make it hard to enjoy the amazing view, because we had to stand to enjoy the full view Or if there were high chairs it would be great to fix this issue. For people who doesn’t care about that I’m sure they will love every detail
