Noisy

I love the location to the pristine beach and I feel safe there

On Saturday night there was a loud band playing until midnight. Some people, like my husband and I would have liked to be able to sleep peacefully before midnight. We were too close to it to miss the noise

As we stayed close to the restuarant, there was a generator so we had power at all times which was great.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Easy to book in and out. The cottage was very clean, with everything we needed, even bottles of water. Lovely area outside to braai and just relax next to the pool. The cottage is private.

Nothing that we did not like, but maybe make DSTV optional (rugby :-) ) at additional cost

Close to the beach, good accommodation for a few days only.

TV was stuck on one channel with no remote to change it. Had to ask for more toilet paper which should have been stocked when room was cleaned prior to arrival.

The bathroom is old and rusty. It needs a major makeover.

Highly recommended

Each unit is unique. We had numerous 31. Spacious, well maintained, nicely decorated. Near the beach. Sea food restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay non the less.

The restaurant food is amazing. The location is amazing. The staff at the restaurant is amazing.

The are no hairdryers in the rooms , microwave aswell as no ironing board. The wifi was really bad. The fact that we were told on check in that there’s a breakage fee of R3000, then the price changes to a R2000 that needs to be paid. This is not communicated anywhere on booking . com. nor when I called to confirm the booking I had made.

pretty area nice facilities

the long walk to the restaurant. our bus was unable to use the roads so carrying our bags up and down was a bit of a mission. —— a golf cart shuttle would work well.

Great stay but spoiled by personal items that seem not to be located. Except this cant fault the sta

well sized apartment, neat and comfortable and private.

I left some devices but seemingly no one saw them there, it's a bit disappointing that those were not found except for water bottle, you will be told that they not there and you know you forgot those there. Its expected that if the establishment picks up the guest's items should be kept safe till the client makes arrangement to collect those items.

Do not visit the resort!

The apartment was nicely furnished and designed.

The morning when we woke the apartment smelled like sewerage, eventually I saw that underneath the open cupboard the is a old toilet drain with a cap on, but that is where the terrible smell comes from! I complained twice at reception, they dit absolutely nothing about it. The television was also broken, cracked, nothing was done about that. We ate at the resorts restuarant the evening, the kids came to us at one stage and told us that open wires shocked 2 of the kids at the playground..... We walked to the beach after the rain cleared up and walked through water that could not drain away, but at the one apartment the is a lead hanging from one door to a window just above the water on the outside of the apartment, that is so so unsafe!!! The shower is very nice, but does not drain out at all, after you showered, there comes black pieces of something back into the shower. So to shortly conclude we will never stay there again and will defnitively not reccommend Cape St. Francis Resort. Very bad!

Location was beautiful. Unit was clean and facilities were good.

We arrived late and were not advised about loadshedding,so we had no hot water until 11pm. Everyone was tired and needed the hot bath after a 7 and half hour drive from cape Town. Breakfast was average. They do not cater for non pork and beef eaters

I would have preferred 2 bedrooms instead.of 2 double beds in a room
