Good location if somebody is doing Camino Litoral. Room and bathroom was comfortable and clean. Very close to the ocean. Host was very nice, helpful and luckily he spoke English.

Hostess could not speak English but tried very hard to communicate. Place was clean, beds were great, location was great.
Only downfall was dog next door BUT I believe they must have brought it in because I didn't hear it after 10pn

Very warm and welcoming host and very kind to our young toddler.
Nice large ensuite bathroom and room with balcony.
Coffee and light breakfast in the morning was great before travelling again.
Beautiful location, right near the beach and a few nice restaurants.
A bit hot (there was a heat wave) but needed to close the windows as there were a lot of flies (nothing the host could really help with though).

A great guesthouse with a housekeeper who simply cannot do enough for you
They only have one double and 2 single
beds so for a group of 4 single people that’s a little difficult

The lady that met us was really friendly and helpful. The room (twin) was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfy. We stayed there only one night as my mother had to catch an early morning flight from Porto and it was only a 15 minute drive so very convenient. A great place all round!

This is advertised as a "beachfront" property which it is not. Our host greeted us at the gate, but other than take our passport information, he said very little. Upon entering, we were greeted by an overpowering bad odor - as if someone had been using a hookah pipe. The two rooms we had were advertised as having twin beds and private baths. One of the rooms was small bunk beds, and one of my friends had to sleep on the floor as the bottom of the top bunk was thin plywood and not long enough for him. He was afraid he would fall through on top of our other friend. And the bath was in the hallway and shared by both rooms. While looking for a hair dryer, I came across filthy towels in the cupboard which appeared to have been used by a bidet user months before. The beds were not comfortable, so we did not sleep much that night. The property showed that the place was sold out, but there did not appear to be anyone else on the property. The town had 2 restaurants. One was closed, and the other had very little to offer. I asked the restaurant owner if he could heat up some sandwich bread to take back to the room for the next morning since no breakfast was available at the property. After walking over 26km on the Camino in 60kph headwinds, we did the best we could do to get a little rest and move on. I cannot recommend this property.

Nice lady hosting, doesn't speak a word English. Right at the camino portugues
The bed was not great, very low bunk so no place to move. Lady was nowhere to be found when I needed the wifi password. Nothing to do in the town, no restaurants were open

Nothing
My reservation stated (and that is what I booked) a room with twin beds and private bathroom. On arrival (the property does not display ANY signage at all) I was shown to my room which consisted of twin beds STCKED on top of one another making BUNK beds. The bathroom was across the corridor, there were no facilities for making a hot drink and none offered by the hosts. It was Friday resulting in there being nowhere to find a meal (everything closed in the town ? All in all a big disappointment. Could be much better with effort

The shower
Staff did not seem interested much, from arriving and finding no name at the door identifying it as the hotel, from the WiFi that did not work (honestly I was too tired to care) but especially the rotting towels in the cupboard in the bathroom which they had failed to discover from the previous guest(s). This gave me the uneasy feeling of: "what else did they not clean? Is this any indication of the state of general cleanliness?". Then there were the two bunk beds, they are so small that my feet touched the foot-end board. Children's beds? Who else's feet have been there and had it been cleaned? I did not sleep much that night. The restaurant the owner or staff referred me to, was open, but the kitchen wasn't. I do not hold this particular fact against the establishment, yet a certain knowledge and information sharing of the venues they refer you to would come in handy, All in all, a lot of room for improvement.
