Auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. :-)

- die ruhige Lage am Kurpark - Zugang ohne Schlüssel - alles im Ort bequem zu Fuß erreichbar - Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit Gästekarte - Ausflüge per Schiff auf der Elbe

- Spinnweben an den Zimmerdecken - WC-Sitz ist zu klein für das Toilettenbecken - Steckdose im Bad funktioniert nicht und ist für kleine Menschen schlecht erreichbar - Bett knarrt

Eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung!

Die Ausstattung war super und der Zugang über die Türcodes haben hervorragend funktioniert. Auf den Bildern sieht die Wohnung etwas größer aus. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und in der Küche tritt man sich etwas auf die Füße, aber das war ok. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Reizvolle Gegend und vielfältige Möglichkeiten

Gebäude im Kirnitzschtal in hervorragender Lage, Wanderwege, Restaurants und ÖPNV in direkter Nähe.

Parkplatzsituation schlecht, auch alternative Parkplätze besetzt, meine Empfehlung zeitig -also 14:00 bis 15:00 Uhr anreisen und das Fahrzeug möglichst vor dem Haus stehen lassen.

Nice, quiet apartment

Nice apartment near the centre, in quite place. Access is easy with code numbers or using application in cell phone for doors opening. Inside the apartment is all you need, big sofa, comfortable bed, nice kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker/oven, bathroom with washing mashine.

Everything was perfect. We had a base floor which may be for somebody bit colder. We like cold room for sleeping, so it was great. But on evening we had to wear jacket inside, even outside was hot. That's just note, for those who do like rather warmer rooms - upstairs should be better.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. In der Ferienwohnung findet man alles was man benötigt. Sie ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz.

Vor uns war wohl eine Party und wir fanden noch Dekoreste was uns zeigt, das die Reinigung der Zimmer nicht so gründlich war. Auch waren einige Gardinen etwas runter gerissen. In der Tiefkühltruhe waren noch verschiedene Fertiggerichte, man verhungert also in keinem Fall. Aber alles in allem war es in Ordnung.

Very comfortable, clean and cozy. Near to the centre and the SPA. :)

The location is great, just a few 100 meters fro Toscana Therme and the City centre. I liked we could travel from the railway station by boat to the centre :-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

die Lage bot eine gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen. Auch die Anbindung mit S1 war sehr gut,so konnte von Rathen die Bastei bestiegen weden oder die Festung Königsstein besucht werden.

Für ältere Menschen ist die Funktion des Fernsehers über Internet problematisch. Es wäre günstig Platzdeckchen anzuschaffen,um den Esstisch zu schonen.

Lovely place

Very nice flat. Very spacious and had all the mod cons needed. Check in was very easy. All communications were made well in advance.

Mattress was too soft for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Super Ausstattung, sehr große Wohnung, Küche ist so groß wie ein Tanzsaal, sehr ruhige Lade, idyllisch gelegen, Anzahl an Parkplätzen ist super

Der Toilettendeckel im vorderen Badezimmer ist ein wenig lose und wir hatten Probleme beim Öffnen der Zimmertür (Sensor reagierte erst beim 5. mal )

Мне все очень понравилось, особенно место расположение апартаментов, близко к центру города, до мест походов и до Термы Тоскана.

Никогда не спала под крышей, которая буквально было над головой, не привыкла видеть открывая глаза потолок буквально на уровне вытянутой руки.

Geräumige modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Nähe Marktplatz

Sehr hilfsbereiter und entgegenkommender Inhaber, Räume alle modern und sauber, fußläufig zum Marktplatz, ruhige Lage an der Parkanlage, ansonsten alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet.

Tolle Lage, es war alles benötigte fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren bei Anliegen super hilfsbereit und man hat innerhalb einer Std. eine Antwort erhalten.

Loved the fully outfitted kitchen, full-size fridge, close-by Lidl, great cross ventilation, bike room, location, cleanliness, apartment size, easy to use auto door lock, quiet building, friendliness & contact from the owners

Visitors might find it useful to have a detailed description of how to separate waste.

It was very clean, well furnished, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The location was perfect - just 2 minutes walk from the centre but on a quiet street. The communication from the owners was excellent and friendly.

Superb

The apartment was spacious (huge and enough for a family of 4-5 or a group of friends. In addition, it was indeed very clean with toiletries (hand soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper and towels) provided. The sofa in the living room was big enough for 2 people to sleep or just watch TV. Thanks to the washing machine, you can wash your clothes if you want to stay longer and bring less clothes (bring your own detergent). Hair dryer, iron, spooler, toaster, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a large refrigerator are also available. Nearby is a local grocery store Nahkauf, or if you have a car, Lidl and DM. Bring your own kitchen towels for cooking. You can walk near the bus stop or just a ride is the train station. The owners are easy to communicate with messaging via email or directly in the booking.com app and are very accommodating. I recommend this place plus the price is absolutely worth it and budget friendly.

No rags in the kitchen to clean the tables or wipe down the kitchen counters.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend to our friends and come back for sure.

We (me and 2 kids of 8 and 11 y.o.) spent 2 nights here. The Apartments are just excellent: - big and cosy, with a lot of light. - apartments have ALL you need: there was even baking paper in the kitchen )) - internet TV is a pleasant bonus - we could choose movies we wanted. - located in a perfect area - in a nice and quite park, you will enjoy the view from the balcony. - you can use parking place (even I could park there!). - very close to the thermals Toscana (1-2min.by walk). - quite close to supermarket. - easy access to the property - electronic key, code is sent on time, no issues. We loved it there! Highly recommended!

Probably I would prefer not so soft bed, but this is individually.
