Appalling customer service !!!

Clean

Customer service appalling !! Have wasted 2 weeks trying to get an invoice and kept refusing to issue and claiming they had. Issued invoice with no provider name or abn so it is not valid and won’t issue correct one to help reimbursement for medical visit for struggling family - totalling shocked at behaviour 😟

Clean, quiet, has everything you need 😊

Clean, had everything you needed- large shower- great for toddler, contact and owner response good - were accommodating for late check out which was a great help with a sick child 😊

3rd bedroom had no fan or aircon- was extremely hot and very uncomfortable trying to sleep- bunks too big for size of room, main aircon did not cool area very well Grass needed cutting List of items available included a high chair but it was not in unit which made things difficult - maybe suggest changing add to say you need to request this with cot

Apart from a few issues, the unit was very comfortable and clean.

Convenient and plenty of room for families, very clean.

Aircon was very noisy and may need looking at, bedroom with bunk bed was hot and portable fan noisy (my daughter suggested a pedestal fan would have been better). Also the cupboard with toys in it has metal shelves that are sharp and my son in law cut himself twice which could be more dangerous to smaller children so maybe check on that. These aren’t complaints just suggestions for you as they enjoyed the unit.

A hidden gem! Comfortable and relaxed home away from home in the centre of Bundaberg.

Perfect location for our needs, close to centre of town and easy to access.

Nothing could have made our stay better-by far the best place we have stayed in Bundaberg

Very welcoming accommodation, comfortable, clean and spacious

Great lay out of the bedrooms. Very spacious living areas. Clean and welcoming with aircon and lamps switched on. Nice useful outside area esp the washing line for swimmers and towels

Not much at all, being English we like our tea, so we ran out of teabags on night one, tee hee. Just for your information one of the saucepans has a little leak in it.

Disappointing, considering the excellent ratings.

Nicely appointed and decorated, modern unit. Garage and access through garage was a bonus. Quiet location. Hosts very accommodating for check in communication.

The unit was not clean and we suspect there was a miscommunication between the hosts and their cleaning team as we felt the unit had not been cleaned at all. Even the outdoor area we could not utilize. We were disappointed as the ratings for this property were excellent so we felt it was a one off. Unfortunately this spoiled our stay and we did not feel comfortable in the unit.

Location OK ,but long walk to city centre and Main street

Some minor repairs will be needed to be carried out. Lights not working ie Garage, Ensuite main light Flickering Garage opener very noisy, leaking sink, a cushion missing on outdoor Furniture, broken Entrance door handle on inside made opening and locking difficult,
