The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot shower and a comfy warm bed. And the breakfast was delicious and filling. Most of all, the staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the stay memorable.

There is almost nothing positive I can think of about this place. One of the staff was helpful, in particular in getting a taxi for us when we were escaping - that is it.
Where to start?
It was dirty in both communal areas and our room. Floors needed mopping, litter needed picking up. Our room had not been cleaned properly.
The pool (which was the main attraction) was dirty. My children lasted a couple of minutes before they got out in disgust. And there was an awful rotten egg smell that pervaded the whole place as if the drains were blocked.
The staff (with one notable exception) were rude and unhelpful.
There weren't enough sheets in our room - when I asked for more sheets, it was as if they were doing me a favour rather than just giving me what I had paid for. The sheets we were then given were damp.
We were only given two towels for four of us and one of those was damp.
There was no apology for any of the issues we raised. They seemed only interested in getting our money.
We reluctantly ordered dinner (as there were no other options) -- it took about 2 hours to arrive, and it was perhaps the worst pizza I have ever eaten.
The room was not as described. Pool view - you must be joking. Even saying that the room had four beds was stretching the definition of 'bed' to breaking point. Two beds and three sofas would be more accurate.
Description said English was spoken, but no staff I spoke to spoke English to even a basic standard.
Overall, this place was so bad that we left after the first of the two nights we had booked, knowing that we would lose the money we had already paid for the second night. It was that bad.

Staff was friendly
Beef tagine was very good
The presence of biting flies that made our day unpleasant especially for my children who do not appreciate insects. Impossible to sleep at night as the room is very hot and there is no air conditioning and to be able to have some air we were forced to leave the window open but during the night there is noise of motorcycles and cars since the hotel is next to a national road.
The prices of drinks are very exaggerated , 1L bottle of water at 25 Mad knowing that there is a grocery store at the entrance of the hotel that sells the same bottle at 5 DH and also the prices of pizza; very high price and quality is not at the right level. to be able to store milk for my baby there is no mini-fridge. the TV does not work.
For the pool, the small pool for babies was empty and when I asked for it to be filled, the person in charge refused on the pretext that he was busy. I was forced to bathe my son in the children’s pool under my 100% supervision instead of putting him in the small pool and enjoying my time in the large pool.

Even though I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff, she was great, useful and caring.
The room and bathroom were clean. The accommodations (room and dining porch) were very good, as it can be seen it the property photo's.
So if you are not looking for an hotel with pool (out of order), this is a great place to stay. Recommended.
Regarding communication with the staff, it was very complicated because of language barriers. No English or Spanish were spoken. We got a French speaker on the phone with the facilities employee, but there was also some difficulty do interact.
The main as other smaller pools were dry, with the main pool presenting interior cracks.
There were some unfinished constructions buildings near the pool site, presenting some sloppiness.

It was too cold for the swimming pool to be open, but it's a huge one, the beds were extra big and comfortable, the sitting area outside was very well decorated, the two ladies and the Gardner were super helpful and nice, and the place was very quiet and serene.
It was a little hard to spot at night, a well lit sign could be helpful
The washing sink in the bathrom needs to be redesigned,
A couple of area rugs, near the bathroom door, could prevent slipping and falling .
Why do you spend a lot of money and neglect a fan in the bathroom, I don't know why, but the place was extremely clean and well kept.
A suggestion: a couple of tables and umbrellas on the terrace could add some charm. .
I will definitely consider spending a week there in the summer if I ever make a trip to Morocco.
Thank you to the two ladies who went above and beyond to accommodate all our selfish needs. Thanks agin.

This was an absolute disaster. The grounds were either incomplete or in ruins. When we arrived, there was nobody around, just a creepy feeling of desolation and a faint smell of manure. The lights in the room were not working and we couldn't shower, but when they worked they were blinking which added to the already creepy atmosphere. After we reported the issue nothing happened. An hour later, we repeated the complaint, but a keeper very obviously tried to avoid us. After 2 hours (at around 22), a technician came to try and fix the electricity. After an hour he partly succeed. Meanwhile we suggested to the keeper, that we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep, so they could live things as they were for a partial refound. She denied it and suggested that we simply cancel the paid room (without refund) and go somewhere else, even though it was already around 22:30. In the end, she almost threw the tax money (4 eur) at us, and to top it all off, she denied us paid breakfast in the morning. The attitude of staff really made the awkward situation horrible. This was really an all-round horrible experience. Do yourself a favour and read other reviews before considering staying at this place.

All the pools were empty, the place has great potential but it felt as if abandoned.
