Perfect for a short stay

Uber friendly staff. Great advice, amazing sense of service. Location is good for some downtown visit / 10mn walk from Old Sacramento. Breakfast was very tasty. For a one night stay, perfect.

For the amount paid, a bit short on shampoo and bath gel. There was none. No biggie, but still. We were on the 4th floor and the soundproof from the street is definitely not a strong point.

At least 2 bottles of water in room should be complimentary. The bathroom door was not conducive to a bathroom.

Me and my girl needed a last minute trip, we wanted to relax but also be close to the downtown nightlife. This hotel gav

Location was amazing!!! The front desk staff down to the valet staff was stellar! I will definitely return.

The only thing was having to go to a different floor for ice.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, the staff was so polite and welcoming. When there was a small mixup on our room they were kind and found a way to make it right.

Did not appreciate the hidden fees. 1. Occupancy tax. 2. City of Sac tourism assessment 3. CA Tourism Assessment. 4. Sac Tourism Infrastructure. 5. Destination Fee. 6. Destination Fee Occupancy Tax. 7. Destination Fee City of Sac Tourism Assessment. 8. Destination fee Sac Tourism Infrastructure 9. Destination fee CA Tourism Assessment. All totaled, my final bill was $114.71 higher than the accommodation quote.

lovely hotel in a great location! wonderful restaurant as well!

it was under construction which, I realize, is unavoidable, but it was a little inconvenient to have large fans in the hall ways and only one elevator working.

Very sad seeing my car’s wiper broken when I got it in the morning. Staff didn’t tell me that.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The parking situation. The self-parking garage was not available for use so had to use Valet parking. I thought the cost was very high for a “city” view (not a good view and loud cars and shouting) throughout the night.

Perfect location for event at Golden 1 Center. But for one employee exceptional staff

soft sheets, comfy bed, most employees were extremely pleasant

Rude staff member at rooftop bar. yelled at my friend for ordering at the bar and generally unpleasant. she felt unwelcome. also the street noise was a lot. light rail alert bell and trash collection kept us awake. bring earplugs.

Staff was great friendly. The stay was very comfortable.

They told us the breakfast was complimentary. But then I got charged for it. Told us we would get refund but never did. So miss information. Still waiting for the refund.
