Wonderful staff!
Beautiful and clean!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was good and close to town. The hotel staff were all very very friendly and accomodating.
Had to pay for parking. No business room with computer & printer. Insufficient lighting in room. Shower was OK but kind of odd door opening and no wall handle, plus tile floor was slick. Could be dangerous

Bed was comfortable and place was clean. That was about it.
Customer service was piss poor, parking was a joke as the valet couldn't drive a manual transmission and the across the street parking was $20 not even on the premises, room 411 celing was so bad, all the cracks, screws and just looked tacky. Not real nice to wake up to looking at. The staff at the front desk was rude, very piss poor service and I work in the service industry. All I know is I will not be going there again. No need to waste my money when other places would be better.

I told the gentleman I did not want to sleep in a bed were animals have been sleeping. He informed me that I was receiving a hyper allergic room with foam pillows. The room did not have foam pillows and the shower had a strong dog odor.

Very clean & cozy hotel. Top notch for sure. All staff was super friendly and it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing and always had super hot water. Definitely recommend, best hotel in Lincoln so far.

Very clean and new. Beautiful property.
We were unaware the hotel gym was on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and our room happened to be on the 2nd floor. At 6 am on Saturday morning we were awakened by continuous loud banging. After this went on for over an hour and completely disrupted our sleep/stay, my husband went down to talk to the front desk. They told him others had complained as well, and it was another hotel guest using the gym and dropping the weights on the floor. It was so loud you could hear the banging in the hotel lobby. The staff said they talked to the guest making the noise, however that did no good because it continued the entire time we were packing up to leave. The front desk did offer to pay for our breakfast, but we just wanted out of there at that point. Very disappointing to have what was supposed to be a relaxing stay ruined by their inability to enforce gym rules/etiquette. They should have refunded our room.

Room was great, very nice. Onsite restaurant was on the expensive side for dinner, breakfast was more reasonable and very good. You do have to pay for parking.
There was was no information on the extra cost of parking prior to arrival.

Staff nice and accommodating! Went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!
22 dollars a day to park was a little excessive! But it is what it is

The property was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable and the pillows perfect! Also, the fitness center is probably one of the best that I have encountered in a hotel room

Absolutely everything! Food was delicious, roof top bar was a great place to spend our evening and the bed in our room was so comfortable. We loved our stay!

The rooftop was my favorite!
Would like to see a larger selection of food in bar and rooftop. Breakfast was excellent.

New, with a great Husker vibe. Right across the street from The Mill.
