The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good.
The hot tub was "closed for maintenance" and we were okay ed for a late checkout and we still got locked out of our room.

Good breakfast. Most of the staff was friendly. So
When we arrived one of the entrances was blocked by police cars making an arrest (disturbance on the property). The second night our power went out in the room. no one was at the front desk (around 830-9pm). We had to call the posted number to reach anyone for help. Initially they wanted us to stay in the room and maintenance would be by the following day to check it out. After stating that was not going to work, they wanted us to trade our double queen bed for a room with a king and pull out and no other compensation. We were traveling with 4 people. After informing them that would not work due to our traveling needs, we asked for adjoining rooms with actual beds and they finally agreed.

Location is good. Food is acceptable for price of stay.
Last time we stayed, we stayed in a room in the north section and room was very nice and was the reason we came back to this location. This time we were in a room in the south section which appeared to be original rooms and ae in need of updating. If are to return in the future we will only accept getting a room in the updated wing.

Fair price, easy to access
Room was dirty, found multiple hairs in bed and on towels, jacuzzi was completely empty (dangerous, with no warning or cautions to protect guest and children)

Convenient, pool was warm
Hotel room was dated - felt dingy/musty; sofa with pullout was not clean. Breakfast options were limited
3.5 / 5.0
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast
Hot tub was down, shower was short, had to bend down to use it, room had odor and bad pillows

the room was spacious and appeared nice when you walked in. We liked having the separate living room area. We liked having the table in the living/dining area as we used it to play games. The grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool.
The couch was horrible. It was dirty and the cushions were flat. The mattress on the pullout was only a set of springs. There was a rip in the carpet between the bedroom area and the living area. The tile in the bathroom was broken by the toilet and the shower looked like it needed some repair and the toliet paper holder was rusty. The drain did not work very well in the bathroom sink. The cushions on the chair was filthy and the side of the table was sticky.

Staff was kind. Pool was great for kids who were sick of the car.
It was a little dated. There was a smell from the cleaning supplies that permeated the rooms and halls. It was a little too strong.

Great breakfast and wonderful staff,clean
Fireplace in room was inoperable, the heat and air were inconsistent and couldn't keep the room at a steady temp,
Both foldout couch and bed left you with back pain.

Loved our room. It was large, clean, and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast, the best I've ever had in a hotel.
Hot tub down. We choose our accommodatios for a relaxing stay and because you had a hot tub. It should be kept up.

Breakfast lady was great
0.5 / 5.0
Breakfast was standard fare.
Hotel lobby dirty. Employees were on phones. An elderly lady who was sitting in eating areas was on phone and would get up when I entered and sweep a little. Floors and tables were dirty and full of crumbs. The carpet in room was stained and frayed badly. Two pieces of carpet were cut out of middle of floor and replaced with new carpet which was fraying badly around the edges. The tub was plugged, we were standing in water. The toilet shot water out the side when u flushed the toilet. Hotel key pad was not working so had to have the front desk person escort us to our room everytime we wanted in the room. Side doors were propped for a time so guests could enter without using a key We were moved to another room, upgraded which was clean but again very worn. We asked for discount for these inconveniences but were told since we booked thru booking.com they could not discount, which we later found out was a lie after checking with a representative at Booking.com.

The location was great for the reason I was there, it was easy getting in and out of the parking lot. If you have business on the north side of Lincoln, this place works great. The continental breakfast was good, the employees were on top of things when something was gone.
Apparently lightning had taken the card locks out of service. I was in town for a state basketball tournament, while the staff was more than happy to assist in getting you in the room, it was an inconvenience.
