A complete joke

Very rude staff over charged my card by 600 dollars and all but refused to refund my money, still arguing with them a week later about it, room was not clean when I checked in, staff refused to give WiFi password, I will never be staying here again

Superb

Pool water was warm, room was good size. The staff let our group sit in the breakfast room just to hang out in for the evening. The breakfast was good and they kept everything filled. They had cold water in the lobby to drink.

They told a friend in our group that since they were from Lincoln that they wouldn't give him a room until he told them that he would get our whole group new rooms at a different hotel did they agree to give him a room for the night.

It was a Hassel moving from room to room

My 3rd room of the night was the best.

My first run had a broken pull out couch. For my second room of the night my door lock had a malfunction and 2 got locked in the room and 1 got locked out. Then the shower wouldn't turn off at all called about it and it took over an hour and me going to front counter and the guy being like " oh it hadn't shut off yet" and me asking him have you tried to turn it off yourself.

Nice for a last-minute trip

We were placed right across the hall from the breakfast area and right by the pool & it was loud at night from a birthday party or something.

It was fine

Little run down but nice. Beds were not great. Room was a lot different than I thought I was buying. All it all I would say it was adequate

Breakfast was solid. My kid liked the pool.

Great price and good facility.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff went above and beyond…left water pick in room and they mailed it back to me. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Our stay was very comfortable , and it was a great value for the money.

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast were super. Staff was helpful. Many nearby stores & restaurants.

Due to the age of the facility, the carpet in the room was a little iffy for cleanliness, but otherwise it was very clean.

Was okay but wouldn’t stay again. For over $100/nt, I would expect much better,

The rating online indicated a much higher level of quality. Room carpet had stains. Bathroom was clean but toilet seat had stains. Could hear person above walking and the shower in room above.

Very good

Location was great for our needs. Facility was Clean, bed comfortable, cable TV kept freezing on most channels. Free breakfast was very good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy with sausage etc.

Facility is a bit road worn. Could use a face lift. Lincoln jacks up hotel prices on UNL football home game weekends everywhere.

Convenient location for where I needed to travel to

Check in was fast and easy. Hospitality was on point. Breakfast was hot and nice variety

Could have used extra blankets and pillows available in room but thats just personal preference. Street was alittle noisy. No sheer curtain to let alittle light in window to still have privacy.

Great value and comfortable

it was a quiet off the street location with a private parking and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was quite spacious with extra den for sitting with a sofa bed. The breakfast was good and they were busy and constantly refilling. The staff were all friendly and attentive which makes all the difference. It was also a safe location.

I don’t like sleeping on first floor but it’s my fault for last minute changes. Luckily they have only one room left so I took it. The TV could be bigger with better reception. The picture was snowy. There were deep scratches on the wall behind the front counter which needs attention

Needs a refresh, to repair/update worn down areas.

Staff was very friendly. Whole Foods within walking distance.

Condition of the property was not up to the expectations of an 8+ rating, which was the rating on Booking.com at the time of our stay.

I highly recommend, as this is an excellent value.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to from out of town. Near restaurants and shopping. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and Pepsi was available!

The room where breakfast served was very warm. That's such a minor thing it's hardly worth mentioning.
