Fiyat fayda dengesi orantısız. Bu fiyata daha iyi evler bulmak mümkün.

Evin konumu iyiydi, odalar yeterli büyüklükte 2 oda 1 salon bir banyo ve çift tuvalet olması iyiydi. Mutfak eşyaları yeterliydi. Kendine ait otoparkı var, park problemi yaşamadık. Tarihi şehir merkezi Başçarşı'ya 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Havalimanına 25 dakika uzaklıkta.

Ev genel olarak temiz değildi, yatak örtüsü ve yastık kılıflarında önceki misafirlerden kalan saç kılları vardı. Temizlik günlük 10-€uro ekstra ücret karşılığında, bir gün temizlik istedik onu da organize olamadılar. Ev sahibi ile iletişim kurmak oldukça zordu. Aramalarımıza veya whatsapp mesajlarımıza 5-6 saat sonra cevap geldi. Acil bir durum olursa ev sahibinden yardım almayı unutun. Kaldığımız evde balkon yoktu.

Disappointing

The welcoming introduction and the location of the apartment.

Poor security and poor communication from the staff. When we woke up on our first night stay at the apartment, the front door was open. We soon realised that the lock wasnt working. This made it extra concerning given the maib ntrance of the apartment building is not monitored by any security. The staff is not always here and unfortunately prioritised efficiency than customer service. When I mentioned I needed some help wirh finding solutions for storing luggage after check out, i didnt get any response until the day of the check out, which made me miss my morning tours.

Disappointing!

The property was spacious and modern. It was very close to old town so great when walking with kids. The host Eldan who meet us to show us around the apartment was super friendly.

The property was really dirty! I was shocked to find old water bottles under the sofa when trying to make up the spare bed and lots of dust under the beds. The apartment seemed to not have been vacuumed or mopped before we arrived. The dishes from the previous stay were still out drying when we had arrived. The bathrooms, especially the toilets weren’t cleaned and the boiler was leaking and worst of all was the smell of smoke in the apartment that was really suffocating if your not a smoker yourself. The apartment seems to just need a good clean.

The host helpful and he was following us until we arrived to the location . Quick response to any questions. The apartment was modern and it was the same pictures in the booking

Parking needs to be organized and each apartment should be has a private parking

Large appartment with excellent view

Amazing view over old town. Large apartment with cooking facilities. Separate bedroom. We’re quite a few stairs just be aware if this is problem for you. Was a bit hard to find on google maps due to narrow one way streets in area. Easy walk to old town.

Perfect apartment for our stay in Sarajevo, which we would highly recommend!

Our apartment at Avila was excellent. The accommodation was as pictured - spacious, modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The best bit was the amazing views over Sarajevo by day and night, we never tired of them. We could not have wished for a better location - central to old town and secure parking outside. Host pleasant and helpful.

Nothing to dislike and the apartment had everything we needed, except perhaps a breadboard and knife for slicing the delicious fresh bread from the local bakeries.

Wonderful location, modern apartment, and accommodating staff. :)

The apartment was in a really wonderful location, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Very modern and big place with a beautiful view of the city.

The very strong scent of perfume that was overwhelming.

Hidden gem in Sarajevo old town

This apartment exceeded my expectation. It has everything we need, big rooms, full kitchen, free and private carpark, shortwalk to old town Sarajevo. The host is very helpful and responsive. Super value for money!

We were there just for one night but the apartament was very nice and close to Old City. Helpful staff who explained every rules in building. And important thing that they have their own parking.

it was excellent, very cozy

I liked the location, in the heart of old town , very clean and modern design , we stayed in the third floor , we had amazing Mountain View with sky light. the staff were very helpful, they have accommodated all our request , we met Affan , who was very helpful , replied to our questions promptly. I would recommend this especially for families who want to stay near old town

the lack of elevator forced us to do some exercises with the stair but the view in the third floor was worth it

Great location and excellent host

Eldan the host was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful and the location could not be better!

The shower could use an upgrade in terms of water temperature. Water was either very hot or very cold. It is possible that the guest before us smoked cigarettes inside the apartment because we could smell it on the couch.

Everything was great. the apartment was clean and really beautiful. the location was perfect, about 2 minute walk to the bascarija. Shops and bakeries for the breakfast are right there. the host was excellent, helped us with check in and was in comtact with us all the time in case we needed something. overall, we had an amazing stay, we def recommend this apartments and we will come back to sarajevo and this apartments :)
