Great and wonderful stay

Care could have been proactive prior to check in as there was a problem with villa door and also the safe box in the master bedroom was not working.

Amazing property and team!

Beautiful property & amazing staff! The breakfast was the best part during our stay and the amazing Paella ! Thank you M’hamed and the FO team for taking care of us. Othman for making sure we enjoyed our time at the beach and Toufik for sending us delicious chocolates to our room! Lovely hospitality

A truly fantastic, family friendly hotel in a great location with amazing staff.

Our second time at the Fairmont Taghazout Bay and it won't be our last. We loved everything about this hotel, the setting/design of the hotel, the beach location, staff are so friendly and accomadating, food was excellent and some real improvements from last year. This hotel is getting better and better and will be a hot spot as the word gets out!

could do with another restaurant and have more local food, fish on offer. present offer a bit limited in choose after 10 days. The Coomons is v expensive if you only want one course. staff brilliant everywhere.

A memorable stay

When we arrived the staff said they are upgrading us to a suite which was nice of them. Upon arrival to the suite it had the most incredible views of the ocean which was very relaxing. The staff were very nice through out and we're there for every bit of help possible. The breakfast was like other big hotels however the staff made the difference and really looked after us. The biggest difference between Fairmont and another big hotel was the staff, they even provided room service 2 times a day and came to close our curtains in the evening

We loved it and would be very happy to recommend the hotel.

Great location. extremely clean and comfortable. staff were amazing. Super professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The main bar, Japanese restaurant, concierge desk and the driving service were all excellent.

More spa facilities would be great.

The property is about 30 minutes from Agadir center, but it is preferable as the property is right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The staff are extremely welcoming and the property and its landscaping are so lovely. The pools are incredible with views of the ocean. We enjoyed the bikes and surf equipment that is available right on the beach and we felt safe at all times.

Just an additional lunch option as only one restaurant was open during our stay.

I’d definitely go back.

The resort was beautiful, the food was good but it’s the staff that made our stay even more lovely. They were friendly, welcoming and so helpful. We ran out of baby wipes towards the end of our trip and they made sure to get us some as quickly as possible.
