Wonderful apartment, very comfortable

The apartment is surprisingly spacious, light and airy too. Tastefully and pleasantly decorated, making it a joy to stay there. The beds are very comfortable, I slept better than I do at home! Plenty of hot water and a ceiling fan, although there are plenty of windows we opened to keep cool. I will definitely be back!

No parking, but there’s plenty of parking around to not need private parking. You’re close to two large car parks and some 9n street parking is possible 8f you check the restrictions. You do hear noise from the venue over the road, but as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out for the count, even though I had all windows open, so clearly didn’t effect me much. I’ve been coming to Lynton for 35 years and tend to stay in B&B’s. This time a friend joined me, so decided to get a 2 bed apartment for ease and enjoy the ‘home’ comforts.

It was very clean and it’s provisions well considered for a family on vacation. It’s location offered all kinds of convenience too. The host has thought well and hard about ensuring your stay is very comfortable . Thanks for having us!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful place.

Clean, tidy with everything we needed and in a beautiful village.

The flat was lovely. The entrance smelt a bit funny.

Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean flat, nicely decorated. It was in a fantastic location with ease of access to everything needed.

Communal areas are poor but would hope these areas would be refurbished once building works are completed. Could do with blinds in the kitchen for modesty as you have to pass through the kitchen to access the bathroom.

The flat was beautiful and very cosy and clean. The location excellent.

I didn't like that I left three bags of rubbish behind as I did not know where to put them. I could have asked but I was busy loving the place. I apologize for leaving my bag of rubbish.

We had a fantastic stay.

Outstanding flat! Beautifully decorated in the heart of the village. Really convenient to see our relatives who we were visiting who live nearby.

Entrance hallway to flats was a bit off putting- could do with a spruce up - but maybe due to building work. Also some hanging space would be nice. One bedroom had lots - but the other none - and it wasn’t convenient to use the other guests room.

Very nice stay and would definitely stay there again

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Lovely shower. Very helpful host.

whilst there were sufficient utensils (no fish slice) they were rather muddled in the cupboards, but this is just being pernickety!! It would have been useful to have some information about the property e.g how to turn on the hot water, and pumping action required to flush the toilet fully. No WiFi

Superb

A perfect home from home in the middle of Lynton. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and well-located for the cliff railway and local eateries.

Being in the centre of town, it could be quite loud late at night when the bars closed.

On the whole location all close to amenities. Flat is excellent. Just needs sprucing up to the flat

Flat was a very good standard. Plus host was very good. Location close to amenities. Shops, pubs,restaurants.

Leading up to the flat itself needs sprucing up plus front door.

Perfect place to lounge and relax.

Great location in the middle of town, near shops and restaurants and lovely walks. We didn't need the car once we were there. Car parking is at a nearby public car park, £5 per day. It's easy to pay with an app each day. There is space to park on the road to unload the car. Would definitely recommend.

WiFi would be useful.

Nicely decorated, comfortable and great location. Owner very responsive and sorted out a minor issue for us quickly

The shared stairs and hallway smells strongly of dog and was dirty and doesn’t give a very good first impression of the nicely decorated and clean flat.
