Very nice and clean family hotel

Air conditioning is a big plus. If you don’t like it there’s also a very new fan on the wall. Toilet is spacious and clean! Mattresses super comfy. Very quiet place due to its location. Don Javier is a very friendly and welcoming person!

Great Value Option

Excellent hotel which is absolutely deserving of 5/5. The ensuite bedroom was clean, light and comfortable. I paid $11.00 for a double room via a booking platform without AC but with a fan (AC is available within the rooms for extra), though the fan was more than satisfactory. The room consisted of said fan, a television, double bed, stool, table and clothes rail. A towel and soap was provided too. The water was cool, but you'll not want a warm shower as it is far too hot outside for that. There is free drinking water from a cooled filter and a common area to sit. The place was new, clean,bright and friendly. Would recommend 100%

Short stay before flight

Very nice. We stayed just the one night before we flew out. Would stay again. Very friendly and used their taxi to the airport in the morning.

Fantastic, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Leticia!

Tha family was so welcoming and lovely, I couldn't recommend staying here enough whilst in Leticia. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and were incredibly helpful in organising the tour I had booked whilst in Amazonas.

I really enjoyed my stay here, great value for you're money, this is a quiet hostel, very chilled, the facilities are really nice. (They even have air-conditioning in the rooms) Owners are really nice.

A wonderful place with great hostess. Good WiFi.

No sign and right at the edge of town. Probably safe to get to, but the road is not finished so definitely bring a flashlight/torch.

Everything is nice - The husband of the owner is a taxi driver so the hotel provides taxi pickup/dropoff from places like airport and ferry port at fair price.

The only disadvantage is the unstable wifi, which is a problem of almost the entire city

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

Javier and his family are very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable room. Location is just a few blocks from restaurants and shops, at the end of a quiet street (away from the motos and street noise). We slept so well here! Potable water available to guests in the lobby. WIFI worked okay. Good value for the price. Highly recommended.

Incredible value, quiet setting at end of street with wonderful family feel delivered by Javier and his wife who are always available to help. No hot water but in heat cool (not cold) shower is best. Rooms with AC at great price with nice/safe (day or night) 1 km stroll into town through local neighborhood. Javier can assist/arrange transportation and/or tours at any time.

Excellent value for money. The lady and her husband who run the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room, bedding and towels etc. Location is great - the town is very small, you can walk anywhere in 10 mins max, there are restaurants, bakeries/cafes,small shops within less than a two minute walk of the hotel. Wifi was excellent (big plus as internet in Leticia is generally v poor). Nice and quiet.

Very nice staff. I had in the room everything what was needed. Nice and clean room. There was sometimes internet available. When was raining room was a bit laud. For additional money you could use air conditioning too.

That the room was very hot. I couldn't find this hotel easily because there was no neon and was very strong rain. The area around this hotel is very poor and not very pretty.

Basic but great option for a budget stay

It's basic but has the essentials The owners are lovely The AC was quiet and effective The area was pretty quiet, some dogs barking but not too bad Its one of the cheapest places in leticia

The rooms are really basic, as you would expect at this price The lighting is very bright: no lamp for the evenings The neighbourhood is about 10 minutes walk from town, it didn't feel very safe but to be fair I had no problems The wifi was a bit patchy

Cheap Private Room in Leticia

The room was very big and it is probably the cheapest private room one can find in Leticia.

The location is not optimal, while it is certainly quiet, one has to walk quite a bit from the center and though Leticia appears to be a safe city, I still felt somewhat uncomfortable walking to the hotel at night. Lastly, while the room was relatively clean, there were some odd items lying around that could be cleaned up.

Nice, clean and quite place and the hotel has I think now the fastest internet in town. If you need informations you can ask Natalia or Xavier, both are very helpful. Its the place to be in Leticia!

very quiet place and naborhood. nice people and good service makes this small hoter good for your stay.

it has Airco and a shared balcony. Room was good and all was clean.

the bad unpaved road, the location which was 3 blocks away from nearest panaderia or shop and proper place to have a cup of coffee.

Wonderful people

Ultra nice owner, it was a pure pleasure to meet them. I would come back to see them again! A new hotel, very clean.

No real window and a bit outside the center, but it was not that big deal.
