I enjoyed my stay there and than you Peter (and Lisa) for making me welcome.

Peter was very friendly. Didn't meet Lisa - probably too busy cooking breakfast. The breakfast was good. Position was good, just a short walk to the town centre and beach. The room was comfortable with tea facilities and a skylight that would have given me a great view of the stars on a clear night.

The room was rather small, with no chair or surface to put my case - and no holder in the shower for soap and shampoo.

Fantastic 3 nights away at the daffodil house.

Fantastic little b&b Great location 10 min walk to pubs, restaurants shops and the sea front. Bus, train station and tesco's across the road. We parked on the side street, no problem parking. Peter is very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was lovely. Brilliant fans over the bed, which was a god send in the attic room as it was so hot up there. Charlottes green house restaurant Ingrams fish and chip restaurant and Filey bird and animal park all fantastic. The sea views from the gardens are beautiful. I would recommend this b&b and we will definite be returning

Friendly guest house in town centre.

Easy access to local amenities and seafront. Comfy bed and very clean. Convenient local roads parking.

Convenient for a short stay.

Central location, easy level walk to town centre. Substantial breakfasts served promptly. Hosts Lisa and Peter always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom.

Ensuite a bit cramped, very small wash basin.

Felt safe, welcome & comfortable as a woman on her own..

En suite slightly awkward but managed fine. A glass or plastic beaker would have been handy in the room for overnight water save drinking from dirty teacup, but I borrowed one from the dining room on night 2

The breakfast is amazing and the beds are lovely and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming will definitely be returning for our next trip to Filey

Already looking to book again.

Bed was super comfortable, celling light with a built-in fan for warm nice was a nice added touch, too. Peter & his wife we're absolutely lovely & and were there for your every need. Breakfast was extremely tasty, too. Already is looking to book up again next year.

Had a lovely family hoilday at the daffodil guest house. Very quiet, and comfortable. Lovely cosy room with a great ceiling fan to if it gets to hot. Fantastic location for town and the beach, everything in great walking distance. The kids loved it and especially Peter the host who is extremely lovley, very chatty and helpful. And a fabulous breakfast. I highly recommend daffodil guest house, great location, quiet and great value for money 😊

Great 2 night stay and would come back again without hesitation.

Great location, Peter the host was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean & nicely decorated. Plenty of tea, coffee and Milk available. Bathroom was a little small but functional. No parking but a 24 hour car park just opposite. Would stay their again.

Nothing all was good. Everything was in order and was very welcoming. Peter the host was chatty and we had a great laugh with him. It is on a main road so their is road noise, but the double glazing works great and the road is quiet at night.

a little gem

a little gem was spotless and host Peter was extremely helpful and friendly nothing to much trouble b, definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 👍. but would ask to be on first floor next time . breakfast was lovely to bus and train station literally a 2min walk

Just a lovely stay all round. We will definitely be staying again. Felt very welcome & the breakfast was gorgeous! I was ready for it especially on the Sunday after our 12 mile walk the day before! Xx

Beautiful dog friendly sunny hotel

what a beautiful hotel and perfect location! We had the most lovely welcome from the best hosts, so friendly and warming, we brought our dog Frank along and he was so settled and felt at home! the breakfast was also so yummy! thank you guys for a great stay!

Single room ok for one night stay.

Breakfast was very good.

I had a single room which was small, bathroom was cramped (door opens inwards instead of outwards which makes it difficult to manoeuvre)

Would recommend, thanks for the stay!

Conveniently located from the train station and easy to find. Opposite a Tescos so handy to get food and drinks. Owner friendly and there is a relaxed feel in the place. He was respectful to guests and their personal space and it was nice not to be bombarded with a million questions on arrival. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Lots of storage to unpack items. Kettle and selection of tea/coffee etc. Hairdryer in the drawer. No noise at night and got fantastic good quality sleep. Would absolutely recommend!

It took a while to get the hot/cold water mix in the shower just right, but once achieved it all worked fine. Would be great to have more access to plug sockets in the room, only ones I could find were a stretch down the side of the bed. Slightly earlier breakfast times for guests.
