מחיר טוב לטולום

חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, יש מסעדה מתחת להסוטל. זרם טוב במקלחת.

חלק מהצוות היה לא קשוב ולא נעים. מחירי שמירת החפצים מופקעים. הרבה פעמים בשהות זרימת המים הופסקה ולא היה איך להתקלח לצחצח שיניים או אפשרות להיות בשירותים.

Una sola habitación, con cama king size y 1 litera. Somos 2 adultos y 3 jovencitos, todos muy Agusto. Lugar nuevo, limpio, cómodo, etc. El personal muy amable y responsable. Lo recomiendo 100%

Los baños no tienen espejos, está sucio, el personal es grosero y poco amable, haces 4 minutos tarde el check out y ya están corriéndote.

Nie wieder!

Das Mehrbettzimmer hatte wenigstens Klima.

Duschen dreckig und versifft, Matratzen durchgelegen, Küche ist keine vorhanden, es gibt nur eine Mikro und einen Kühlschrank und das nennen sie Küche, im ganzen Hostel ist es laut weil im dazugehörigen Restaurant die ganze Nacht Party ist und die Höhe war. Höhe war aber: morgens verlängerte ich um eine Nacht, und bezahlte das Geld dafür. Nachmittags rufen sie mich an, dass sie leider doch kein Bett mehr frei haben, also bieten sie mir an mein Zeug aus dem Zimmer zusammenzuräumen und mein Gepäck zu lagern, ich könnte es später mit dem Geld abholen. Als ich dann dirt war wollte ich das alles erledigen, aber einer der zuständigen meinte ich darf nicht mehr ins Zimmer um die Sachen aus dem Spind zu holen der verschlossen war. Ich sagte ihm da ist ein Code an meinem Schloss und den geb ich ihm nicht da in dem Spind alle meine Wertsachen waren. Er wollte mich partout nicht eine Minute ins Zimmer lassen, da er der festen Überzeugung war ich darf da nicht mehr rein. Er unterstellte mir dann noch, dass ich mein Zimmer gecancelt hätte, wobei sie es ja waren die vercheckt haben, dass es gar kein freies Bett mehr gibt! Erst als ich mich lautstark bei der Managerin, die kein Wort englisch spricht, beschwerte und einen Tanz aufführte wie sonst etwas ließen sie mich gnädigerweise meine Wertsachen holen. So eine unfreundliche, unhilfsbereite, unangenehme Begegnung hatte ich in ganz Mexiko noch nicht, und ich bin mittlerweile gut zwei Monate in dem tollen Land unterwegs. So geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Great, comfortable stay!

We got the family room, it was very spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the pictures online apart from the green potted plants in the bedroom.

Not all the staff can speak or understand fluent English. You'll need to be able to converse in Spanish.

Racism with Mexicans

Quiet and clean

AC at 19c and you need to pay for blanket. No space to speak each other. Racism with Mexican, they charge 20$ them cuz of beer at 11pm in "co-working area". They try to charge me too cuz I was with them. It's good to have rules but it's not cool to use it against people.

Big room

No kitchen. You can't be a hostel without a kitchen. Miserable staff (apart from one guy who smiled) You have to walk through an overpriced restaurant to get to the bit where you can chill. You have to go out of hostel onto street then though restaurant. No individual light in dorm pod. Outside hostel is all construction. Not very nice. Music booming from restaurant even though it's always empty cos prices are as if it is on the beach when it is down a dirty street

Highly recommended

Very good hostel a short walk from the main street. Always clean, comfortable beds with curtains and friendly staff. Definitely worth the money!

Staffs are friendly. Even though I arrived there before check-in time, they allowed me to check-in. The facility is very new and clean. Each bed has privacy. Some reviews pointed out that they couldn’t go out and get inside without staffs, but it’s improved. So whenever you want, you can go through the door with the keypad lock.

It’s very dark inside the bed space, so it would be great if there was a bedside lamp or something.

Basic, no common areas.

the box-beds provide great privacy (curtains and tall walls between each bed). the location is at the end of the main avenue and it is very close to the Superaki (supermarket) . The toilets are clean.

From the picture it wasn't clear that the room is 16 beds. Unfortunately, they don't have a kitchen. Cutlery and mugs aren't available. The co-working aerea, the shared area is closed at night so there's no place to hang out after 11pm or when they close it. The hostel has a bad vibe to NO vibe.

Good price for what you get, no atmosphere though

brand new, spacious

main entrance locked, had to call someone every time when wanted to leave or enter the hostel I didn’t like that. A big group of very drunk locals checked in in the middle of the night and was making a noice at that time and in the morning. manager knew, apologised to me but well should be handled better way. Good place if no noisy guests.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, AC at night and two private bathrooms.

The lockers are a bit narrow and the shower wasn't the best.

The staff was not prepared for my coming (despite booking in the early morning) and after whole day of commuting, it was exhausting to wait for them to solve things out. The hostel was quite empty, however it was very noisy. I did not feel safe here on my own. I could not sleep at night due to stress, as police came to our room, talking with someone in our room in spanish for a very long time. When I asked the staff what is going on-they told they are repairing air conditioner. They could at least talk to rest of people in the room and reassure us everything is ok, apologise for situation and offer us change of rooms in these circumstances.

Location near supermarket super aki and chedraui.(5-10min) 15 min to ado bus station The room is spacious.

No kitchen Free drinking water, and fridge available. There is a common area upstairs , but too noisy ( as it's facing the busy street) and too hot ( no air conditioner) You only allowed to stay in their restaurant downstairs after check out ( if you need to stay longer)

Hostel is new, so everything around is new, nice beds with curtains, close big supermarket.

Oberproced rental bike and also laundry, you easily find cheaper in the town. What I really missed was kitchen, there is just fridge and nothing else, no plates, glasses, cutlery.

Wish I'd known about this place all the other times I was inTulum-BEST place to stay, stunning value

Everything - the brand new hostel felt like a boutique hostel, absolutely immaculate, stylish, well designed facilities, incredibly comfortable and private pod-style bunk beds. Loads of space in the dorm for cases and moving around, amazing bathroom - just everything amazing and I NEVER take the time to write reviews but for this place I had to. The staff were also incredible so friendly, flexible just so pleasant which isn't as common as it should be from hostel staff in Quintana Roo these days unfortunately.

No vibes when I was there, it wasn't a party hostel or place to meet people, thankfully I know Tulum from previous trips so knew the hostels to go to to meet people and party.

Good basic accommodations

Clean, well cared for, and kind staff. The provided breakfast was delicious (though a little boring after several days of the exact same thing). Good location for exploration--2 cenotes, tulum ruins, and beach all within bicycling distance + a grocery store across the street for all your basic needs.

No light inside of dorm beds. Not enough places to hang wet bathing suits/towels. No real lounge area to chill or talk to other travelers.

Everything is great . easy and fast check in and out. clean restrooms clean sheets a lot of space. breakfast is included coffee and fruit but for few dollars more you get a full breakfast is delicious huevos molangeños and chilaquiles super good . LETY went over and beyond in our stay thank you Hostal del Jaguar.

there is no elevator or tv but the staff are super nice they try to help you with everything they can.
