Excellent hotel

The location was great. Walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, new and comfy.

Super comfy hotel near the heart of the old section of Toulouse.

The rooms and bathroom were more spacious than expected. They seem to have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom contained a large tub for soaking, if desired. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the Capitole, as well as to many other sights of interest, particularly the Carmes market area. The staff quickly responded to all messages, and was able to change our rooms upon late request, and to keep our rooms together, also per request. Paid parking was available just a short distance away. We will certainly stay there again.

It was difficult to drop off our suitcases as there is no where to stop a car near the front of the hotel; however the parking was not far away.

Excellent value, central location, clean, good A/C. Very comfortable rooms.

Excellent location and value. Clean, friendly staff, excellent use of space. Nothing was lacking.

Exterior of hotel is modern and sort of ugly, but don't be deceived. From the moment you walk in the door, you will not be disappointed.

Single bed was larger than expected. Good location.

Great hotel and I would book again!

Location is perfect for walking around town and exploring! The hotel is clean and a single room is well-designed to make the most of the space... and the shower wasn't too small like many showers in European hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Internet was poor for taking Zoom conference calls.

Location. Staff. Cleanliness and practicality of room facilities.

I didn't eat at breakfast, just had drinks. It looked underwhelming, but continental breakfasts can do, especially when you are not hungry.

perfect location on main bus and metro route, but 5 minutes walk to Capitole

we had noisy neighbours, but no fault of the hotel

Will recommend this hotel and will use it again if we visit Toulouse. Perfect for short city trip.

The hotel is situated in a busy square with a metro station and buses but nonetheless was extremely quiet. The room was a bit small but that is often the case with city hotels. The bathroom was more than adequate for three of us sharing the room.

Each bed had a long pillow and a square pillow. The long one was a bit hard. An electric kettle was provided but the choice of tea or coffee was very limited. However there is a Monoprix next door and we were soon able to purchase milk and we had English tea bags with us. (This criticism only applies as we are English and like our traditional cup of tea!)

Our familiar stay in Toulouse was wonderful. We will come back .

The location was exceptional in the city center,so we could walk to everywhere and visit this wonderful city by foot.

The breakfast was very completely but i would like to have fresh food.That´s the only thing I think that missed.
