No 4 no problem

We were. Given No 3 Not suitable

When we booked with booking.com which I have before lots of Times this Was Worst I asked for Two things walking Shower because my Wife just getting over spinal surgery plus we wanted to be able to cook our food no cooker very basic acomation the owner of property told us he spoke to booking.com and told you No 4 was only one with walk in Shower this inflation I did not receive from you so after travelling a very long way an for this to happen not a good experience luckily they had a cancellation in no 4 so owners said we could have at extra £200 wich we had to take him up on this offer as it Late no4 brilliant every thing suitable owner told me he would not Have put us in no3 and he told booking.com if we had known we would have not booked that room I have always had good service from you extra 200 not good for two old age pensioners

Location was great Lovely apartment which we would stay at again

Limited hot water especially as there was a large spa bath to fill A gate on the front of the property would be an idea especially when you have a dog with you and you are worried about the main road being close

Great apartment

Everything was great. When we arrived, it was easy to find our apartment from the information given. We took our dog with us, and there was a dog waste bin outside to use. A table and chairs also. We were very pleased with the apartment. The kitchen had everything you needed. There was a book on the table welcoming us and giving information about different places to eat. It also gave information about the apartment. The bathroom was luxury, with a jacuzzi bath. A beautiful heater on the wall. And a large TV mounted and could been seen from everywhere. And we had netflix available for us as well. On our first morning, we received a lovely message welcoming us and letting us know if we had any problems, just get in touch. And a perfect location, with everything you could need in walking distance.

Perfect!

The cottage was in the perfect location!Could walk or cycle everywhere! Paul was incredibly friendly and helpful and there were no issues with getting the keys etc. as instructions were sent well in advance! Will definitely stay again!

Gloomy

It was with in walking distance to the town, local eateries were close by, the park was just across the road.

Parking was poor , the location is very close to a main road, the gloomy apartment, the description of the property, the untidy garden, which was not dog proof. (Clever photography - the pictures make out that the grounds are spacious - they are not) We were staying in Apartment One, which was dark and gloomy, due to the mature trees in the grounds, the first thing you were met by when you first entered the property, was the smell of damp. The kitchen was poorly equipped, god forbid you cooked a meal, no serving dishes, no salad or fruit bowl, inadequate cutlery, and not enough crockery, after all you are on your holiday, who wants to keep washing up?! The bathroom was interesting, the shower head was not secure, if you were 5ft high then it would be ideal for you, however any taller, you had to libo underneath it! When using the shower, due to the colour of the shower curtain, you were showering in the dark, because there is no lighting directly above the facility. The lounge/bed area - was a joke, the sofa was uncomfortable, turns out its a sofa bed, there are actually two fires in the lounge? One stuck to the wall, the other a freestanding electric one under that TV. WiFi is intermittent, we had to keep resetting it, apparently according to the owner this has never happened before? The instructions in the folder, were indequate regards to the password - which was war and peace re the amount of numbers you had to use! When the neighbouring apartment happened to be enjoying the spa bath - this caused the television in Apartment one, to pixelate - not ideal, and then when they used the hairdryer, the volume on the TV switched itself off!! The bed was uncomfortable, however, the pillows were lovely. The word Deluxe means luxurious or sumptuous; of a superior kind. This certainly was not the case at Pinewood Cottages.

Absolute gem of a find and a true home from home that will remain in our memory for years to come

The location is absolutely perfect. I don't see how it could be better for a visit to the New Forest. The host was absolutely brilliant and on hand for anything we could need. The garden was divine, and the highlight for me. All facilities were exactly what we wanted and it really felt like it was a home from home!

A baby gate would be advised, but the host said he has already bought one since we discussed it, and the only other feedback I had was the bed on the ground floor needs some non-slip mats under the wheels! Impossible to get in and out without sliding around.

The whole place (family suite) is a lot bigger than what it looks in the photos. Clean, easy to find, good location and the bath is amazing!

if I would add one small thing it would be a full length mirror!
