Where we needed to stop.

Good price and location; grounds nicely kept. Staff was helpful but was some confusion at check in.

It appears the room we booked was given to another couple by mistake. It was the ground floor KING with parking directly in front which was requested and confirmed through the hotel before arrival. We ended up taking a different room, 2 QUEEN beds on ground floor and no parking directly in front of room. It just made unloading for two seniors more difficult as we had to walk across a rocky area to unload from the closest proximity. Staff was courteous and kind in fixing this, but a little disappointed that what we booked and confirmed could not be given.

This was a perfect stay. The best night’s sleep of our 3 nights across-country trip.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We had never heard of the company but after going through reviews and photos we figured we’d give it a go. We loved the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room, the vinyl flooring (I hate carpeting in a hotel room. You never know how clean it is and I don’t like the thought of walking barefoot across it) I also liked the $10 pet fee (per day). With our room being a pet room there was no odor that indicated pets had been in the room.

The only complaint was accessibility to rooms on the left side of building. We had quite a few big items that we had to bring into the room and no way to make just one trip (as can be done with a valet cart). No valet carts available. Make sure when booking to ask about accessibility.

Comfortable motel, not well maintained

Clean motel with comfortable beds. Close to Petrified Forest National Park.

Soap dispensers in the room were empty. Empty toilet paper roll also.

Great accommodation near the Petrified Forest

Great location for us. We drove in from Kingman and had a wonderful time exploring Route 66. Holbrook was also ideal for our visit to the Petrified Forest.

Excellent lodging outside of Petrified Forest National Park

The GreenTree comes as advertised: if you read the reviews. It offers excellent and clean rooms. The bathroom was sparkling clean. We are on the road for four months, as we are this time every year, and this is the best bargain we've found in years. As a plus, they accept dogs, at a reasonable fee.

Let me start off by saying I did not take points off for this because I read the reviews and came prepared. Breakfast is a joke. That said, it's a hotel, not a restaurant. Then again, any hotel that offers free breakfast means you are not getting good food.

Okay for the price. A few changes would make it great.

Location was easy off the Interstate. Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Pet-friendly.

Lack of hot water in the shower. I'm all for using soap dispensers instead of leaving bars of soap, but they need to make sure they work. I stood in the semi-warm shower pumping the soap dispenser ab out 100 times and got n nothing but bubbles.

E' stata la prima volta che ho provato questo Motel per una sosta ad Holbrook dove la scelta certo non manca. Un po' più caro delle catene nazionali ma ne vale la pena. Comodo alle attrazioni, Deserto Dipinto e Foresta pietrificata, abbastanza silenzioso anche se vicino all I-40. WIFI velocissimo. Ci ritornerò

Pleasant but disappointed with the elephant.

Very clean, good amenities, comfortable bed.

Skimpy blankets, my wife and I were cold. 2. Then there’s the Elephant that has absolutely NO business being in the Office for all to see! It’s a Hindu god and the Bible tells all Christians to steer clear of false gods! For this reason alone, we will never return!

Not a lot going on in Holbrook these days. It was an over night stop on my way north. an overnight stay

It was clean, comfortable and quiet in a good location.

I had 3 minor complaints. I will be staying there on my return trip home, will see if those are resolved.

Excellent point de chute pour une étape.

Tout ! Nous y étions vraiment bien. Nous recommandons cet établissement à ceux qui passent dans la région. Chambre spacieuse et très propre, bien équipée. Une "laundry" pour son linge disponible. Un personnel accueillant... Un petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Que veut la foule de plus ?

Enjoyable but was not there for very long

The breakfast was adequate for our needs and the room was very clean and comfortable. The property looked quite new or had recently been updated.

Unfortunately when we went to book in our room was not ready. There was a staffing shortage and so we had to find something to do. On return over an hour and half later the room was still not ready. The person on reception apologised and offered us a different room which we took. The motel was quite a way out of the town.

A must if staying in Halbrook Az and wanting good clean room at a fair price.

It's a great place to stay at a fair price. It seems to have had a recent update done to it. Due to my age, I requested a 1st floor room and the staff redid my booking to accommodate. I have stayed here twice already and will be back.

Squeaky floor sounds from upstairs were a little annoying but not a deal-breaker

A great value and a clean and comfortable room in Holbrook, AZ

We had never heard of a Green Tree Inn so we didn't know what to expect. The staff at check in was very pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was a very good value.

The staff in the morning seemed less helpful. It took a while for us to figure out how to "reset" the hair blow dryer and she wasn't much help in that area.

Dobre miejsce na nocleg w drodze w dobrej cenie, super szybkie WIFI

Czysto, duże pokoje, bardzo duży TV, mega szybki internet. Śniadanie podstawowe, mrożone wafle do tostera :) niedaleko drogi ale cicho. Dosłownie 50 metrów dalej restauracja z ok jedzeniem w druga stronę tez na piechotę włoska ale tam nie jedliśmy. Tani Oki nocleg, najlepsze wi fi jakie mieliśmy w ciągu 14 dni.

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The room was very nicely decorated.

The only concern we had was the bathtub didn’t look clean. I know sometimes over a long period of use they get stained where they don’t look clean.

Very good

The staff were polite and friendly, the water was hot, the A/C worked well, the locks work, the TV is big and has lots of channels, there's no carpet, there's adequate surfaces for stuff, the towels are good, and we park next to the door. They have breakfast, but we didn't try it. We've stayed there several times.
