Horrible customer service

Nothing. I was charged for a room I didn’t stay in. The customer service was awful. Would not recommend.

Customer service. I had car trouble and was stuck on the side of the road with no cell service and no way to get there. Once I got cell service my first priority was to call the hotel to see if I could cancel without fees since I had been stuck for hours on the side of the road and was still 7+ hours away. If I had driven straight through i could have been there 3-4 hours before I had to check out. I was told “sorry the property is very strict with its policy. You’ll be charged anyways!” That was it and within minutes, I was charged.

Kind staff, clean and well equipped rooms

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean rooms equipped with all necessities and good breakfast. It’s not my first time staying at this hotel and won’t be my last one :)

Stay away!!!

A room was booked a couple hours before my arrival. Upon arrival I wasn’t checked in. Receptionist refused to do anything because “the payment didn’t go through”. He said I need to contact the Booking support (and do what?, he didn’t specify). All the reservation data was on my phone and I had to use that phone to call the support, and it was already quite late, and I was driving for the whole day, so I was pissed off, went out and drove to another motel. As a result I was charged the amount for the night, so the payment went through in the end. Awful place and awful service. Stay away!!!

Very frustrating & disappointed!

Very disappointed upon arrival! 6 members in our family & the front desk staff made us pay for another room because 5 was the limit even though we were a family traveling together! Yet the room we booked had 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch which could have accommodated our family! Yet the next morning we spoke with a family that had 7 in one room!!!! We were not happy to hear this after we had to pay another $118 with 6 members in our family! We will NEVER recommend this facility to others since double standards appear to be in place according to who you get at the check in desk!!!!!

Rude staff, phone didn't work, TV not set up, HVAC filter was filthy, loud and smelled like burning plastic. Rude front desk staff person refused to give us another first floor room even though the hotel was almost empty. He claimed it was because there were no other pet rooms on the first floor. We have an elderly dog so we specifically came to this motel for a first floor room. I find it hard to believe that of a virtually empty Motel there were no other rooms they could put us in on the first floor. Give me a break!

When we went to office to pay for two more nights a man was in there barefoot and putting his hands all in the food

The shower .. the water fills up over my feet .. that’s gross… I mean you get what you pay for.. honestly

Wanted to move to different hotel but didn’t feel like packing and unpacking again

The bathroom shower doesn’t work at all and I had to lay a towel down on the floor to take a shower… the room smells like mildew and I had to send my girlfriend for a candle

It's ok

Location is good for an over night stop. It was very clean I was very happy with the cleanliness

Breakfast did end 30 minutes before scheduled to which was fine maybe they just ran out. The other thing I was not to happy with was that when I turned on AC it did smell of pet urine.
