The location was beautiful. The house is very convenient to town, restaurants and parks.
The house is neglected! It needs a deep cleaning. The lighting was poor in living area and kitchen. The furnishings are very old and need to be updated. Some of mattresses were uncomfortable. The throw rugs throughout were filthy and tattered.
