Nice hotel with harsh cleaning chemicals smell

Good location, nice breakfast, nice rooms

The room smelled of very harsh cleaning chemicals for the duration of our two night stay. I believe it was coming from the toilet where they had filled the tank with porta potty blue liquid. Despite our opening the windows, we could not get rid of the stench. No matter how many times we flushed, we could not get rid of the stench. In addition, there are two Villa Segovias on Google Maps and neither address matched the address listed here so it was difficult to find this place. The check in process was a little rocky and confusing. They also charge a small tax even after you have fully paid here.

Eccellente!!!!

Tutto. Le stanze sono grandi, dotate di ogni comfort e pulite. La colazione è davvero speciale grazie a Daisy che ci ha coccolati da subito. Il personale è tutto molto gentile, professionale e disponibile. Ci hanno consentito di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Super consigliato

Avendo due sedi a volte con Google maps si può fare confusione

This is a great hotel!

Great place to stay and amazing staff! I would stay here again. Breakfast was wonderful.

Pool could use a little attention but I didn’t use. Location is right next to La Cusine juice lady is across the street so I was loving the location!

Loved it!

Very convenient, loved our room, bed was very comfortable, great hot water and pressure with shower. Breakfast was good. They allowed me to keep my luggage and scooter there as I had to go to Cancun to drop girlfriend off at airport on day of checkout.

definitely worth the stay

The location was very convenient. The breakfasts prepared by Chef Daisy were phenomenal, and her culinary skills were exemplary. Apparently, she also prepares a lunch menu if requested, which we were unaware of until we departed.

bathroom deodorizer is a bit overpowering

Perfect experience, very attentive staff, beautiful rooms and common areas.

Everything was super nice and quiet. A peaceful environment, perfect to relax! The room was extremely clean and spacious.

The location was a bit far away from everything, but we didn’t mind walking.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The daily breakfast was really good!

The bed was rock hard, unfortunately. But they provided me with extra pillows to lay on that helped. The shower head sprayed everywhere, unfortunately. The room could use a few more electrical outlets.

Safe, clean, and perfect for a working holiday!

Breakfast and location are phenomenal. Walking distance to the Melgar, a local gym, the Mega Supermarket, and many excellent restaurants. 24-hour security, very clean, superb service. Pretty comfortable bed.

The shower in my room was very dated, but they tried to fix it. Also it would be nice to have a desk and a few cups for coffee.

The pool could be a little cleaner and the bathroom soap and shampoo were very little.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also really good and everyday slightly different when you ordered the same what was nice. In case of any inconvenience they are ready help immediately. And they are really pet-friendly. Coffie (our dog) enjoyed his stay there too!! Thank you Villas Segovia
