Great tv, great parking, quiet location, good size kitchen
Small things - plumbing needs looked at - when shower is on or toilet flushed the noise from pipes in kitchen is loud and the kitchen tap starts leaking, back garden needs some tlc and a pizza cutter would be handy
4.1
Large tv, Netflix and wifi, washing machine and dishwasher. Plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. Quiet location and easy access to motorway. Bathroom ideal. Leroy phoned to check on us when water supply was down in the area, luckily it hadn’t affected the house but was good of him to phone and check.
Not as nice as looks in the photos, needs a good lick of paint and a scrub. Floors felt grubby and our feet/socks were very dirty from walking around in there. Some of the cushions and blankets could do with a wash too as stains and marks on them.

The overall feel of the place was good with comfy furnishings
Thick dust under the sofas....oven didn't heat up so had to use grill.....bathroom blind fell off completely when I tried to close it...so had to sort that...and garden needs a good clean and furniture ruined by the weather ...could do with a good peppercorns instead of surface clean both inside and out

It was very homely with all the facilities needed,
Clean bedding and towels were included.
Dishwasher /washer dryer were a bonus.
I was with my elderly mum who is 86 and uses a walking stick, so perhaps a grab rail in the bathroom would have been useful.
Had a minor issue with heating and water but managed to sort it.
The garden is a little unkempt, but we managed to sit on the terrace one afternoon, which was lovely all things considered. We would love to stay again. And hope to do so in the future. Leroy was prepared to travel to sort the water/heating hiccup, but being an independent lady, I won't be stuck.
Thankyou Leroy, you have a little gem in number 22 x
Doors a little warped, front door has a gap when locked. Could do with a fresh lick of paint, and the pressure in the boiler needs addressing after being empty.
As mentioned the garden could do with a spruce up to bring it back to its glory.
Side storage very untidy.

Beautifully decorated; all the facilities you could need for self catering.

generally good decor - lovely TV and useful location for where we needed to be
a bit tatty in places

DO NOT IGNORE THIS
The check out timing was 10:00am we only 15min late to check out the property the landlord arrived at 10:10 while we were loading our luggage. The landlord went inside without asking our permission and disturbed my gust privacy and started arguing with my gust who came from abroad for visiting us. And shouting to say just go/disappear you are late the check out timing at 10:00am.
the landlord was very rude and she was misbehaving. There is always a 10 to 15 minutes margin when you leave but there is no reason to misbehave and asking people to just disappear and get out of the house. I was with a child and it has left a very bad impact on him. We had a pleasant experience but this was so humiliating.
Because of unprofessional behaviour from the landlord I will recommend PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE AS A HOLIDAY SPOT.

gorgeous interior & furnishings
nothing it was perfect

The photos are what sold me.
Modern looking rooms, nicely decorated.
The massive TV , sofa.
Nice comfortable double bed.
Wifi good signal
The house although beautiful looking it wasn't clean to my standard. I'm not overly fussy.
I don't like to complain.
Kitchen like photos but crumbs here and there
Inside fridge door.
The patio doors not the easiest to open and close.
Few scuff marks on walls in main bedroom ,lick of paint could fix , obviously not being looked after by clientele.
The front garden needs attention , shrubs looked wilted and ruins the inviting feel.
Windows needing washed inside.
Sorry, just being honest.

really beautiful rooms , lovely designs, liked the big TV and kitchen was nice to cook in
booked property as was sold on the garden however was very dirty and all the seats were damp which was a shame as I was looking forward to this area of the house, it did not seem as though the house was cleaned much

Amazing bungalow.. would be lovely in the summer.
Perfect location for my work away from home .
A few things needed attention.
I've shared privately, but it wouldn't stop me staying again.

Great Accommodation, flew in from Tampa Florida
Stayed a week and it was fantastic! Great size rooms and comfort. I could park my hire car safely at the front and the Bungalow was all secure.
Host was fantastic and helped me out a few times even allowed a few hours late checkout.
Thanks !
All food nearby if you into south asian cuisine ! Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend!

Property as described in listing - very convenient for us to visit our friend in Nelson, with a nice outlook, and good facilities
Property met our expectations in all respects, except that dishwasher was not working. This was communicated to us by the owner before we checked in, so no surprise.

property lived up to the pictures and description. it was spacious with comfortable and furniture and good garden space and seating. it was very quiet but within easy reach of shops and transport.
I don’t have anything negative to say about the property.

We liked the layout of the property. The garden was nice. It was in a quiet area.
The garden could do with a little tiding up and there was no brush and dust pan for us to use just to tidy up after ourselves
4.1
It was well laid out, plenty of room for a family of 4, fully equipped, and comfortable beds, quiet location .
4.1
Fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils and dishes of all sorts.
3 bedrooms - one with 2 single beds, one with a double sized bed and the third with a single bed. All very spacious, with ample storage. The list goes on; heating system is top notch, the bathroom is very convenient, a beautiful back garden with seating area, a large washing and dryer machine, the living room has 2 large sofas and a large screen smart TV (I estimate it is about 70 inches or more) with Netflix (use your own user).
In short - extremely recommended!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The lodge was lovely and clean and well presented. Lovely decor throughout. Bathroom big with nice shower. Shame we didn’t get to use the garden because of the weather. 2
reserved parking spaces and nice a quiet location. The owner Leroy reply’s all most instantly. We will deffo recommend and will be booking again when visiting family.
Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful lodge.
Nothing really but a bath mat would be good to stop little ones slipping in the bath.
A welcome pack.. tea, coffee, little milk would have really topped this stay off 😃

What a hidden Gem.
You would never know you were in Nelson. I live locally and know Nelson hasn't got the best reputation, but hidden away on a little slip road stands this bungalow on its own with great parking for 2 cars and an amazing garden at the back. It was a very wet and windy weekend, so we didn't use the garden, but will be back in summer to make use of this gorgeous, well put together disabled access beautiful bungalow.
The bathroom has high toilet and low level bath, wide doors and easy access to all rooms for wheelchair uses or just for anyone needing extra room. I myself, am awaiting a knee & back operation, and found the kitchen had low levels and easy accessibility to using the oven and grill on one side of the kitchen while the hob was on the other side and hight was great.
The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is luxury... The soft furnishings are absolutely gorgeous and soft to. The TV & internet were a bit slow while we were there but we do think it was the storm that was going on outside. But that TV, it was like being at the cinema.
Loved it.
The person to contact for anything at all during the stay made it easy to contact and replied very quickly.
I had an issue with needing a broom and shovel to sweep.. and he offered to drive to me to drop on off as it had been locked away. I think there will be Access to things such as from now on.
Not much I didn't like .. only maybe I could hear water running constantly during the night while in the main bedroom, but, like I say , it didn't stop raining all weekend so presumably it was from the gutters and not the toilet like I thought.
