The property was fantastic had everything you needed and so close to town.
There was nothing not to like the bed was very comfy bathroom very good lovely fluffy towels.

Serene tiny house. Good location. Well kitted out. Sunny(we were lucky!) back courtyard. Handy local co-op shop.
Could be noisy at night with passing delivery lorries.
Suggest 2nd bedside table and lamp.

Great comms with host. The location was 15 min walk to the centre of town but there were plenty of short term, carparks if needed. Quiet neighbours. It's on a busy road but excellent windows! Great location for shops and train/bus stations

Charming little cottage close to the town centre.

Smashing little house, clean, comfortable and convenient for the centre. All the communication with Alice was quick and informative.
Nothing, it was perfect.

Very good location that was a close walk (5-10min even with a young child) to town but far enough away to be pretty quiet. It was also a short drive to Suffolk Barn where our friend was getting married. Alice’s home was very nice with great amenities and cute outdoor space that was quiet and private. The home was visibly clean and smelled nice. It worked for our short stay and we were quite pleased ☺️
It’s suitable for 3 people but not ideal if you have a young child because they either have to sleep downstairs on the pullout sofa by themselves or one parent has to sleep on the pullout. The upstairs bedroom steps are quite steep which might not work for people with disabilities, a young child or elderly persons. While the home was clean, there was quite a bit of dust coming off the carpet and bedding, and my little one and I had allergies

I really liked the private backyard and the dedicated parking. The bed was very comfortable and the house was clean and airy. It is a ten minute walk to the Abbey and gardens and has a convenience store 2 minutes walk up the road. I drove down to Sutton Hoo and it was really easy to get in and out of town. I really enjoyed my stay and I wish I’d booked a longer stay.

Great location, short walk to the town centre and good parking close by, I drive an electric vehicle and there is a number of destination chargers at St Andrews Long Stay (£4.20 a day plus charge costs). Hone had everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay.
Nothing, everything is good

Good location and good directions to the property and parking. The house was comfortable and warm and in good order. With the exception of the kitchen which could have been cleaner it was clean
The kitchen could have been cleaner

Ease of access via key safe
Handy parking facility
Location suited us superbly well
Good clean modernised accommodation
A lot going for it… however
Shower head insert was a little loose
Stiff rear door mechanism needs attention as does some of the blind cords

The property was amazing. Great Location. The Owner was so helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Location great for sight-seeing
Quite difficult to find as street numbering system is eccentric and there are two halves to Risbygate separated by an island. Even locals of whom we enquired were flummoxed. Small map would have been helpful.

House was lovely inside, with all facilities you would want. Decor was homely and the bed was really comfortable! I enjoyed staying in a house rather than being cooped up in a hotel room. Properly is close to town so it was easy to get to shops and restaurants etc.
The only downside was the property is on a main road, so having the window open to keep cool during the night meant we could hear all the traffic.
4.5
Good location close to the town centre. Parking space a short walk from the property. Very cosy with great kitchen and bathroom. Nice little patio but sadly too hot to sit out there when we were staying!

Well finished house In a great location near town. Excellent value for money

location was perfect, accommodation was excellent and parking was near bye.
nothing not to like

The location was really close to the town & having a space near by to park the car, invaluable.
Clean, small well equipped and well appointed house.
We will book it again in the future.
4.5
The house was more spacious than the photos would suggest and the south facing back yard with table and chairs was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with sufficient pans and crockery to cook a proper meal.
It is quite a short walk into the town centre with a Co-Op handy in the other direction. Having a car parking space across the road was excellent given the problems with parking outside.
It didn't really matter as we were only there for 4 nights, but there is no freezer compartment in the fridge. The wi fi tended to go off and on.
