Disappointed

The unit was very nice and comfortable. The location was good.

There was no view of the beach. it felt like I was in a development. Beach access required a vehicle. Beach was congested and full of cars and carts. really unpleasant

We had a blast on our first family vacation and there isn’t anything I would change about it!

Close to the beach! Great staff! Beautiful condo!

Other than the people above us stomping on the floor the whole time there wasn’t anything about the property that didn’t meet our expectations!

Long family weekend get away

Condo had everything needed to make our stay comfortable.

Didn't know to book a golf cart in advance. None were available for our stay & although walk to pool & beach were doable, it would have been easier with a cart as we had 4 children under 5. Also there were a lot of teens on golf carts driving too fast & crazy in the resort....there didn't seem to be any security measures to keep them in check.

The community has everything you would need.

We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, the golf cart rentals, and the community pool. The clean bathrooms that are available to the guests on the beach are a GREAT touch, especially to us with small children! I also appreciated being able to order food and drinks to the beach. Over all it was a great vacation that I was initially very worried about, you know cause moms never true my get a vacation on vacation.

The cost of the golf cart rental, but I understand your paying for convince. Had we gone into town we probably could have got one cheaper but that would require more work with three kids. This way, though more expensive, was more practical for us.

Almost perfect

The condo and resort were beautiful and in a great location.

The appliances didn’t work or work well. The TV kept going off line, because of the cold weather we stayed in and TV would have been nice to watch. The stove did not work and need throwing out things we bought. The Kuerig was also not working well.

very fun all around . close to lots of things

the condo itself was very nice .

Parking .. AC in the main bedroom was not cooling as well as other places . One of the Guest bathroom faucets was not working properly . Maintenance said he would fix it but never came at time set.

Great stay, had a good time

Facilities were beautiful. We never really spoke to anyone on the site until we went to swimming pool- had to call one day about someone’s car parked in our spot over night-we reached a voice mail.

More Palmilla employees onsite to help with questions .

Fabulous

Everything. Especially the beach to drive in.

The disposal was full of food and a broken shot glass. Had to clean it out so it would work. But this did not distract from the wonderful atmosphere. The beach was gorgeous and having the pool was just added luxury.

Absolutely lovely condo, property and pool!

Our condo was lovely, spotless and incredibly well maintained. As an example of just how clean, some food fell on the kitchen floor and when I picked it up there was absolutely nothing on the paper towel except the food that I dropped!). The property grounds were absolutely lovely. It appears to be a new community so everything, from the condo to the grounds to the pool area, is still impeccably maintained, which was a wonderful and pleasant surprise (we've stayed in pricey condos before and when we've arrived, the property, disappointingly, wasn't even close to looking like the pictures). The Black Marlin food delivery to the pool and beach was a nice benefit. We also loved that we could take our jeep on the beach!

There was construction on a new building right next to our condo. I understand that this can't be avoided (construction was happening all over the property), but it would have been nice to have something in the description prior to our booking that tells potential visitors that, because it is a new and developing community, there could possibly be construction right next door to their condo. If there was a reference to ongoing construction I don't recall seeing it.
