Nice well kept property with parking . I would definitely stay again if in the area

All perfect, was down for business and this suited me no end, very happy and the pub below was great and good food and wine !
Nothing really.

Lots of nice touches such as packaged croissants, juice boxes, biscuits and lots of tea and coffee. The aircon unit was fabulous and a real bonus in the room. Also great to have a smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube etc.
The wooden floors whilst easy to keep clean mean that the bed (on castors) does move around a bit. The hanging rail in the wardrobe is very high and some may struggle to reach it.

Beds were s bit of o tight fit but I'm 6 foot 4 so not really the right size. Food was fantastic and very reasonable prices. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Very comfortable and reasonably quiet. Pub closes at 10 or before if no customers.
The room would benifit from blackout curtains on blind, unless you are and early riser. Towels were a little old and worn.

This exceeded my expectations as have stayed in lots of caravans over the years. It was a decent size for 3 people, had everything you needed including a decent oven & microwave and was very clean & own parking space, had a lovely seating area on the veranda. Staff & people on site were very friendly. Location was very quiet which was lovely. Facilities on site are basic i.e. no swimming pool etc but they have an excellent pub which we ate at every night as the food was amazing & reasonably priced, be aware though the portions are massive. Can highly recommend Wendy's Cafe just up the road - food was delicious and even though a couple of breakfast things were not on the menu they were happy to change food items around to accommodate, they get very busy so be prepared to wait a while (it's worth it).. You do need a car though, you have Birchington, Canterbury, Ramsgate, Broadstairs & Margate just up the road. I used to live down here so it was nice for us to go back & visit old haunts.
The twin beds were very close together to the point at one stage my mum had her knees on my bed...Plus I found the mattress too soft but my mum thought it was ok so it's a personal choice.....The double bedroom was big with it's own toilet & sink and walk in wardrobe, the shower was a bit of a squeeze for a larger person to get in but overall points out of 10 would be 10 I cannot fault it & would stay again, it had everything you needed.

We liked the location. Of site and caravan. Was pleased to have a washing machine.very useful.
Could not work out how to use microwave instruction booklet did not have English. Couldn’t get a particular tv channel we wanted. Handle wobbly on large saucepan.

The rooms were clean, and a lovely touch having a little welcome basket with water, juice and snacks.
We had to arrive early for a wedding so needed to get changed. I messaged the property before who said that they would do their upmost to have it ready. On our way, we received a call from the lovely girl in reception telling us that it was all ready. Great customer service!

Check in was easy and well communicated.
The room was nice and modern, with reasonable storage.
Tea, coffee, milks, sugars and bonus apple juice cartons and cereal bars were appreciated.
Location was lovely and rural, central to several places of interest, and easy to get to.
Staff seemed friendly and communicative. Although, unfortunately unable to resolve my issue, which I understand to a point because of health and safety, but it is a design flaw.
Wine and ale at the pub was tasty.
On first appearance the room looked clean, however, there were hairs on the bedding from previous guests or staff. The floor wasn't very tidy with bits on it and when I looked under the bed there were dust bunnies.
There was a geen light in the bedroom which was so bright it kept me awake during my stay. I did address this but unfortunately nothing could be done due to health and safety. I can see others have commented on this, so perhaps it would be helpful to look into it.
There were no curtains and only blinds which let the light in around the outside and at night when visitors leaving and/or cars passing the security light shined through.
There were noises from a combination of the fridge/air conditioning (although this was off), and security light, which was disturbing.
We visited the pub and whilst the wine and ale were good, the food quality wasn't great considering the price and had a better quality meal for cheaper in Canterbury.
The score is predominantly based on the fact I did not get a decent night's sleep during my stay and this would not be sustainable over a longer period of time.

Friendly welcome, great facilities. The room was spotless, loads of charging points, tea, coffee, fruit juice, water, even a couple of croissants. Air conditioned and with some help from the staff this heated the room brilliantly. The shower was efficient, plenty of hot water.
The size of the bath towel was a bit skimpy but everything else was perfect.

Set in a beautiful location, very quiet, by the river & the Dog & Duck pub onsite a few minutes walk, lovely homemade food!
overall the property is very good, but the beds very uncomfortable so soft! The small room bedding stained needs updating.
