Good location for us. A chance to take our grandsons to see our home town.

Good location for visiting family who live in Deal. A chance to show our grandchildren our childhood haunts and see family they've not seen for years.

Accommodation rather dated and in need of refurbishment. However, as the bungalow is up for sale this is going to have to wait for new owners.

The place was absolutely disgusting, we had to clean before we could use anything, it smelt of damp ,the place was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months,the double bed springs was sticking up so it was really uncomfortable.

If you have extremely low standards and even lower expectations from a holiday chalet then ‘Dream on’ is the place for you! I spent a great deal of time writing out a list of issues with this property and thought I’d shorten my review considerably by running the list through the OED to find the one magic word to lead them all, the response; “HOVEL” If, by any chance you happen to be ok with that then also consider the owner/host. If you would like to get an insight into how you might be treated as a ‘guest’ then have a good read of the reviews already given, THEN, take a moment to absorb the comments he leaves in response. you’ll notice an obvious trend towards denial, fabrication and blame-shifting onto guests. Ask yourself, honestly, do you really want to be next?! My advice: AVOID at all costs. There are plenty of great, comfortable, updated, safe and clean chalets on St Margaret’s Bay holiday park, run by lovely friendly and honest hosts. Do yourself a huge favour and find one of them instead.

I booked this for myself and husband with elderly mum. It was ideal as all on the level for mum who uses a walker. Did not have an accessible shower, but was not expecting one as I always check what is available. And she was just happy that she would be able to move around and it was on level - perfect! A lovely confortable bungalow, kitted out with portable heaters for the cooler evenings, very cosy. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was a good sized fridge. Owners were great, had an issue with TV first night, but a quick text and all confusion solved! The area was perfect as only 30 mins from various places of interest, Deal, Samphire Hoe (fantastic walk, even mum managed with walker) Sandwich etc. Basically, great bungalow in a great location!

Comfortable stay in a lovely location.

Clean,, comfortable beds, location and camp facilities - Bar, Swimming pool. Laundry. Ample parking spaces.

Camp shop was poorly stocked. Never had basics like bread and milk, but lots of varieties of swimming goggles. Local shop was very good. No freezer in the fridge limited our picnic options as we couldn't freeze our ice packs for the cool box. Kitchen utensils were limited e.g. no sieve or cullender to drain rice.

Perfect in every way

The location was great for all our needs and close to all the local amenities. The bungalow had everything we wanted including great wifi that the kids appreciated!!! The holiday park was really good with use of the pools & sauna a really great benefit. Will definitely come back.

Relaxing.

Location was central to where we wanted to go. Spitfire flying over atleast twice a day, wonderfull.

Tiny toilet, why this wasn't just included into the bathroom I dont know.

The bungalow was perfect for us nice and spacious and well equipped. With beautiful outdoor space and patio areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The on site swimming pool is amazing the small pool is heated to bath temperature perfect for the little ones. The bar area serves delicious healthy food at an affordable price. Lovely little park/play area.

There wasn't much in the way of organised children's activities.

Comfortable property in a nice area, but a bit dated. Good access to plenty of walks.

Comfortable property in a good location with easy access to good walks and facilities in the holiday park.

Although property was comfortable, it felt a bit dated and some fixtures and fittings were rather shabby. Needed to clean when we first arrived. Expected more for the money that we had paid.
