Very modern hotel with minimalistic decor with lovely rooms and amazing shower. The location was good but found it tricky getting taxis over Easter due to the parades and roads being blocked off so did more walking than planned! The Spa was great and I had a fantastic massage.
The bar area was open to the public so sometimes it was difficult to get a seat when busy despite staying in the hotel. Also took a while to get served.

Cama e enxoval confortáveis. Decoração bonita e leve.
Restaurantes agradáveis.
Pouco espaço para locomover-se no quarto.
Iluminação insuficiente no banheiro.
Grande parte social, como piscina, fechados e isolados para manutenção.

The location is at the centre of Madrid, just under Mayor Plaza and extremely close to Gran Via. The hotel is exceptional and classy. Very polite staff and they tend to your needs when approached.
I had some issues with my room, but the manager took charge of the situation and changed my room, even gave me an upgrade!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I can't stop thinking and talking about it. From the moment I walked through the elegant entrance, I was greeted by an ambiance of luxury and warmth that set the tone for my entire stay.
The staff at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. They seemed genuinely committed to ensuring that every aspect of my stay was impeccable. From the helpful concierge to the housekeeping staff who kept my room immaculate, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hector Sanchez, the chief of concierge who lightened every moment with his infectious smile.
Speaking of the rooms, mine was a haven of comfort and sophistication. The decor was tastefully modern, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The plush king-sized bed was a dream to sleep in, the bathrobes i slept in because they make you feel like in heaven. The spacious bathroom featured luxurious amenities that made each morning and evening routine feel indulgent - the signature scent of the edition hotels was filling the room every time i took a shower with their personal collection of Le Labo cosmetics.
Now, let's talk about the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurant was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. Each meal was a culinary journey, with a menu that offered a delightful blend of mexican fusion flavors. Whether it was a sumptuous breakfast buffet or a dinner for me and my mom, I was consistently impressed by the quality and creativity of the dishes.
Beyond the rooms and dining, the hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The table for the billiards game was available to play and a marvel to look at. The rooftop pool area was a true oasis, offering stunning views of the city and the perfect spot to unwind.
In summary, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.

Central location. Great Peruvian restaurant. Good rooms on 6th floor with view. Quiet. Good bars. Great decoration and good clientele.
Service at breakfast slow . Not up to standards for this price of hotel and ambition. Too bad pool is outside not inside. Low staffing at bar, reception, porter. Not sufficient access for bookings at top restaurants. Expensive for what it offers .

Todo! Es un hotel de lujo con una increíble ubicación. El personal es súper amable. El desayuno delicioso, el cuarto amplio y hermoso.

Modern clean and luxurious
The room we stayed in was next to the staff door to the cleaning supplies. The door was banging loudly every time someone would open or close the door. They advised that the walls were sound proof but they were not. We were woken up 2 nights in a row because of this.

1. After we first left the room, when we return after few minutes our bags were token away from our room by mistake. The staff person toke our bags away mistaking it by other guest room number that was checking-out. Five minutes of panic! The staff was very “light” on excuses.
2. Was it of me or younger and “instagram” people were given the upstairs breakfast room, while elderly and famílies were “pushed” to the downstairs breaksfast room? Try to see it through your eyes. Very very weird.
3. Oroya is overhyped.
4. Taxis and uber arrivals are messy.

1. The lobby is very nice
2. The housekeeping is very clean and fast
They charge ( deposit ) 250€ per night / per room ! So in case you’re planning to book at the hotel, put in mind this point !! I stayed 5 nights, and I was already coming from a 2 weeks trip from different countries! But thank god that I already have more than enough money to just keep 1250€ for the whole stay blocked on the room till I checked out, they released the amount !

Beautiful pool area, gorgeous shower and bathroom area in the room. Great breakfast! Overall helpful and friendly staff but India from the rooftop pool area was exceptional!
The skills and helpfulness of the reception staff was quite mixed.

Staff exceptional - pool gorgeous - position great

The location is AAA, the staff is amazingly drilled to be very polite and helpful, from the doorman, to the reception, the waiters and the workers.
The rooftop is overwhelming, Jeronimo restaurant and breakfast refined, the entrance bar and sitting area with pool table very cozy. For this location they also have valet service for the car which is handy.
So more than a 10/10.

The ambiance was really nice, lovely spaces, couple of restaurants and bars in the hotel and it is in the heart of the city!
I was treated poorly and I won’t advise any black person to go stay in this hotel.. from the moment I walked my luggage was taken away from me, saying it’s a hotel policy and the Caucasian family that walked in with me had their luggage! I didn’t get my luggage in my room until after about 45 minutes… staff were not friendly at all ! But I saw talking and smiling from ear to ear with the white people!

Superb hotel with immaculate service. Josephine on front desk was in particular, one of the most fantastic staff members I've ever encountered at a hotel. She is an absolute star and made every aspect of our stay brilliant.

My ring was stolen from the room and the hotel didn't do anything to compensate.
