In fact, the property boasts an impressive four bathrooms in total which means this property is perfect for couples as well as families. This is a place in which you can socialise and cook together in the large open plan living space. It is somewhere you can make new memories or raise a glass to old ones. You really are sure to have an amazing stay here and the sunken outdoor patio and the wood burning stove make this a great year-round choice.
You will most certainly be tempted to stay in together and relax, but at just 15 minutes from the gateway to the beautiful Norfolk Broads and the stunning North Norfolk coastline, it really is possible to take in all the highlights, even in a weekend. And if you’re not tempted to cook in that great kitchen every day, Norfolk’s burgeoning foodie scene will ensure you will find lots of lovely places to eat within easy reach, whatever your taste. And those lingering longer will find so much to do in the area that they will be spoilt for choice, with the medieval city of Norwich, the Felbrigg and Blickling Estates, North Norfolk and Bure Valley Railways, Cromer and its famous pier, Bewilderwood, Amazon Zoo, the Georgian town of Holt and so much more all close by.
The property is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access directly from the B1150 (Norwich to North Walsham road). There are footpaths leading directly from the property giving immediate access to beautiful countryside for walking, running and cycling. So, you will soon see why people have been flocking to this part of Norfolk for generations. That is of course if you can tear yourself away from Fred’s Barn, which given how fabulous it is, honestly cannot be guaranteed. Enjoy!
