About this house rental

The Woodrow offers a character home from home with open plan living to enjoy with your friends and family.

Just a short drive to the North Norfolk Coast, enjoy a stroll of Cromer beach or potter around the market town of Holt.

Bickling Estate or Felbrigg Hall, both National Trust are close by & for after, there's many local pubs offering great food: Black Boys Inn (Aylsham), The Ratcatchers (Cawston) or the Dial House (Reepham).

The property was styled with comfort & character in mind, sleeping 11 people (4 double, 1 single bunk bed, 1 sofa bed).

Downstairs:
Enter via the hallway into the open plan living, dining & kitchen. There 2 sofas (one is the sofa bed) & armchairs. Please note, the wood burner cannot be used.

First floor:
You’ll find 2 bedrooms (double beds) & en-suite & family bathroom hosting a shower over the back & WC.

Second floor:
There's a bedroom (double bed) with en-suite including a shower and WC. To the right is a double bedroom (double bed), you walk through this bedroom to access the bedroom with the bunk bed, please note there is no interconnecting door.

Outside:
There’s space for a max of 3 cars in the shared driveway. Visible from the drive, you’ll see a large lawn, this is shared by our 3 smaller holiday lets on the same site, there’s enough space for all. A BBQ is provided in the warmer months (please bring your own charcoal).

There are 3 smaller cottages in the grounds, each designed to be as private as possible. This property is divided by another with an interlocking door from which there is the potential for noise, this door can be unlocked to the 2-bedroom house next door for larger parties who wish to occupy both.

The property is set over 3 floors.

We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -
1. No smoking
2. No pets
3. No parties
4. Use of the woodburner is prohibited
5. No candles

Quiet hours - 10pm-8am

CCTV is used for outside the property.

We would recommend hiring or bringing your own transport to see all the area has to offer, parking is right outside. Here's some recommendations:
