Our family really enjoyed our time at Palm Cay. The villa was beautiful and spacious. Having the pool directly outside was nice, but we really enjoyed the member’s club, which has an amazing beach, pools, outside bar and restaurant. Our host Winnie was so sweet and helpful. We rented a golf cart, which is helpful to get around if you don’t have a car. We also rented the pink Moke to tour the island—it was so much fun! Would definitely recommend as a relaxing place to stay on the island!

What a great experience! We are grateful for the peace and calmness of renting with the Giovanoli family. Although we lost a day due to the weather in the US, it felt good to relax when we finally arrived! The history/tour, the pool, the beach, the food, the conveniences, the ADDITIONAL CELEBRATION EFFORT, and WINNIE'S CAKE...was amazing! I would recommend this residence for future stays and would stay here again in the future! You are close enough to everything, yet far enough away to have some solitude! If you come here, please bring the right energy and appreciate where you are! PEACE!

Just returning from a wonderful stay in Palm Cay Nassau. Winnie and Reto were exceptional hosts-all the details from arrival to departure were coordinated perfectly. The property is super clean, well maintained and well stocked with all the necessities for a family-full set of cookware, dishes, small and large appliances-Keurig, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, stovetop, microwave.
From the front door you walk right onto a pool deck which was perfect for us and our kiddo. The pool was clean at all times and there was maintenance going on occasionally on the grounds and in the area to keep everything spotless. This villa is in the gated community and we felt very safe with security at the entrance at all times.
We rented a car from Winnie and Reto as well and were very please with the logistics, price, and convenience. Additionally, we were provided transportation from and to the airport with Fred who is super knowledgeable about the island. We received quite a few dining recommendations from him which worked out perfectly.
The beach club was a plus, we spent most of our time there. The price including vat was $22/pp/pd which was very reasonable.
Overall just a relaxing and effortless trip which was well coordinated with the care of our hosts. We definitely hope to be back soon!
P.S. the cake that was baked for our arrival was delish and just a wonderful touch.

We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped.
The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker.
The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space.
The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool.
We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable.
Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake. She was very helpful and patient. She periodically checked up us to make sure that we were enjoying the condo. She could not of been kinder.
Winnie had arranged for Fred to be our taxi driver for our vacation and we used him for airport transportation and to drive us downtown which was 30 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable about the island.
We chose to rent a golf cart to get to the beach and to Solomon’s supermarket. This was essential for us.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our vacation.

Winnie's home was perfect for our family vacation! Exactly as described in the posting and Winnie was an exceptional host. Definitely recommend for your vacation at Palm Cay. The walk to the beach and beach club was short and easy, and having the pool outside the front steps was perfect.

We are so grateful to Winnie for being so kind and accommodating. We lost a family member and needed to reschedule last minute. Winnie made it work and also gave us a sweet card. The condo is beautiful and Palm Cay is a wonderful place for families.
Pro-tip for families with infants: The condo is three bedrooms, but the pack-and-play fits in the walk-in closet off the bathroom with room to spare if all the other bedrooms are taken and you want baby to have his/her own space.
Buy the beach passes, they are worth it! Check out the Pink Octopus and say hi to Ginger the cat for us!
Lastly, one of our favorite memories of this trip were the taxi rides to and from the airport with Fred. He knows so much about the area and will show you some amazing things in your 30 minute trip with him.

Winnie was great to work with and we had the pleasure of meeting her when we arrived. She also didn’t disappoint with the cake - which was greatly appreciated by my two sons!
Accommodation was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location. About 10mins walk to the beach/gym etc. Super quiet at night as well.
We all upgraded to the resort passes which is $20-$30 per day per person depending on if you have gym access. It’s not cheap for a family of 4, but it nice using the beds at the beach. Bar and restaurant very good.
All in, we had a great trip. I would definitely recommend Winnie and this apartment to anyone looking to visit the Bahamas but stay away from the hustle of the cruise ships. It really was a little piece of paradise.

The villa was so perfect for our stay. It let us spend the day there at Palm Cay or easy travel to our adventures. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We loved the decor. So much fun to have coffee in the morning either on the porch or at the pool.

We loved our stay at Palm Cay in large part because of the condo itself. Winnie met us at the condo to make sure everything was perfect. She even baked us a cake as a welcome gift! We loved the resort, amenities, and resort staff. We walked everyday to the beach enjoying the views along the way. We played tennis, went snorkeling, relaxed, used the fitness center, enjoyed the bar and restaurant. We also had lunch at the marina market one day. We utilized her recommendations for a driver (Fred)everyday to and from different places. He was fantastic and we felt like we gained a new friend! The pool outside our condo was always clean and literally steps from the front door. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Winnie!

This is a perfect getaway for a family. It was spacious and impeccably clean. Winnie allowed us an early check-in (thankfully, as we were traveling with a toddler from the U.S. very early in the morning) and left us snacks and water. The condo has everything you would need, including beach toys. Rent a golf cart! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and we were constantly shuttling back and forth to the beach, playground, and shops. The cart is fun, and so worth it.

Winnie was amazing to work with. Very helpful information before we arrived as well as during our stay. Very quick response time. Our flight arrived after dark so we were grateful she arranged with Fred to do airport transfers and we rented a car thru her as well. The townhome was immaculate and beds comfortable. We loved our morning walks to the marina and beach, and having the pool right outside our door. We were wishing we could have stayed longer and will stay here again when we have time to return to the beautiful Bahamas. Thank you!

We had a great trip! Winnie was the hostess with the mostest! She answered all questions, was very attentive, and even made a welcome pumpkin cake for us. Fred the driver was punctual and shared his island knowledge with us!

We had such a lovely stay at Winnie and Reto’s condo. The photos are a perfect representation of the space - it was so clean and had everything we needed and more. Winnie and Reto were very communicative and quick to respond when we reached out. We also rented an SUV through Winnie and Reto which was such an easy experience. Fred was amazing just as the other reviews mention and was prompt getting us to and from the airport.
We spent the extra money to have access to the owners beach and additional pools - would highly recommend. The chairs and tiki huts that are included as part of the owners beach were perfect. We really spent the majority of our time at the beach and pool!

We took our adult children to Nassau for a family vacation. We wanted to stay away from the busy part of the island, but close enough to access restaurants for dinner. This unit in Palm Cay cold not have been more perfect! Winnie was the most wonderful and attentive host with prompt communication and assistance with car rental private boat tour. Check in and out process was seamless. The beach and pool were amazing, beautiful views, and not crowded. We also enjoyed the pool right outside of the unit. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and spacious enough for our group of 5 adults. We enjoyed the Pink Octopus a lunch and dinner as well as the cafe for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There’s also a large grocery store and smaller liquor store right down the road which was very convenient for getting a few items to prepare during our stay. We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this unit!

Immaculate well appointed property with an amazing host. Unfortunately, it was cooler and cloudier than we hoped to enjoy a beautiful beach. You need a car as there are not many places to dine. Food at the resort is pricy and could seem limited if you like more variety.
We would still go back with these things in mind because we still had a wonderful vacation.

Everything was just beautiful. The condo was immaculately clean and very beautiful. The beach was amazing and the water crystal clear. Winnie is a great host. Only downside, was there is really only one store in the area, but other than that, it was a little slice of paradise. Fred the taxi driver is super great as well.

Winnie’s place is terrific and is exactly like the photo. The place was fully stocked with everything you would need. Having the pool right in front of the house is super convenient. The only small issue is that the beach is a bit far away to walk when it is 95 degrees. But the drive is only a couple minutes and there is almost no one on it. The whole complex is quiet and relaxing.
If you want to go on a fun adventure, book something with Captain Owen.

Winnie the owner (who lives in Palm Cay) met us and set us up in the property. House is spotless! And we also were able to rent golf carts for our stay too. The beach club and restaurant are great and perfect for families. Her driver Alfred also took us where we needed to go through our stay.! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Winnie and Reto's place was amazing. As other reviews mentioned the photos do not do their place justice. The high ceilings, spacious rooms, stocked kitchen, covered patio and the beautiful decor around the unit make for a very inviting space to relax and enjoy.
Having the pool just steps out the door was an added bonus. Since we went during the rainy season we would wait for breaks in the storms and throw our bathing suits on and jump in the pool.
Winnie and Reto were fantastic hosts. Quick to reply and respond to any requests or questions we had. We rented a car from Reto and would recommend this option to others as well. They had Frank (personal Taxi driver) pick us up and drop us off at the airport at no extra cost. Frank was always on time and full of knowledge about the island.
We highly recommend purchasing the extra amenities from the welcome centre that provide access to the beach, lap pool, and beach bar. Without it you would be pretty limited in what you can do. The beach is well maintained, raked for seaweed every morning. Our only complaint is the staff there are not very welcoming and often seemed annoyed if we asked for anything.
This area is fast developing and will be very luxurious once complete. But in the meantime it is under construction. This did not bother us as the unit is far enough away from the construction sites that the noise wasn't too noticeable.
Overall, we highly recommend staying here. Winnie's place will not disappoint!

The pictures on Winnie's website are beautiful but when we got there I didn't imagine it to be as beautiful as it was in person! It is immaculate and well stocked. If you are considering renting the electric golf cart, I highly recommend it. We were able to drive a maximum 2 miles away from the unit with the golf cart because it could only go up to a certain amount of mph. We were able to drive it to the beach that was not too far. The grocery store called "Solomons" is just a couple of blocks away from the unit so having the golf cart made it convenient for picking up groceries. You park it just like a regular vehicle. They have a restaurant in Palm Cay called the Pink Octopus which we ordered some to-go items but Winnie had all of the cookware to make food which we found to be economic for us. The only thing is that she did not have a rice cooker, but she had all of the teflon pots in all sizes which was not a problem at all to cook rice. The pool is honestly right outside of the door. Perfect for taking a dip in the pool. Winnie was so thorough with showing us around the unit and even letting us know that it is recommended not to drink the water which may cause some stomach issues so we made sure we bought water at Solomons. Solomons has everything that you could find in any grocery store. Sign up for discount card. It takes 2 seconds. We were able to log in to Winnie's smart tv's with our Netflix and she has smart tv's in every room. I have more to say... to be continued

We all loved our stay at this villa. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped for all of your needs. We appreciated Winnie coming and introducing us to the villa and property. She was also quickly responsive to one little issue. The Palm Cay Beach Club and Marina we found to be a very peaceful place to stay with spa like amenities. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. It is worth upgrading to the private beach and pool. We can’t say enough about the Villa, property and Winnie & Reto. It was a memorable trip for our family and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Second time renting from Winnie at Palm Cay and she of course did not disappoint. Villa is lovely and spotless. Palm Cay is very pretty and tranquil. Pass for the private beach is worth it. Pink Octopus food was great. Solomans grocery store and liquor store next door is great. Pool outside your front door was very convenient and enjoyable. In downtown Nassau Green Parrot , Greycliff and Wild Thyme also great. All staff we dealt with at Palm Cay and in restaurants and stores very nice and helpful.

Our experience staying in Palm Cay at this 3-bedroom condo was amazing! Winnie and Reto provided our family with exceptional customer service and professionalism. They arranged a cab service for us to and from the airport with Fred (the driver). Fred was outstanding and provided us with some history on the Bahamas. The condo was perfect for our family of four. We stayed for 7 days and had no issues at all. We were able to cook in the beautiful kitchen and do laundry so we could travel back home with clean clothes. The beach was only a 1 minute drive away and we were also able to enjoy the pool located right outside of the condo. Winnie and Reto provided us with several great restaurant recommendations, excursions, and even provided coloring books and games for the kids. We highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to returning in the future! Thank you Winnie and Reto!

The unit was very clean, beautiful, and very well equipped. It was also perfect for our kids. It was stocked with board games and had a pool just steps off of the patio. It was also within minutes from a local grocery store and with 20-30 minutes driving distance from most major tourist sites (Atlantis, Baha Mar, Queen's Staircase, etc.). Winnie was also a fantastic host.

This condo did not disappoint! It was extremely clean, in a perfect location and had everything a family could need. Winne thought of everything! We rented the golf cart to go to the grocery store and to the beach and it added such a fun element to the vacation! Fred the taxi driver is the best. He knows everything about the island and was extremely prompt. The beach was great - you can snorkel right off the beach and see lots of fish. It was the perfect family getaway and we cant wait to go back. Thank you, Winnie!

This property is new and beautiful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach and water were absolutely amazing, crystal clear and warm. The full kitchen was great and we were able to use fully the amenities.
