We did all kids of adventures. Went hiking at Craggy. Zip lining, apple picking,Biltmore, and walked around downtown Asheville.

The cabin was great. It's in the middle of the neighborhood, but thanks to the hidden driveway, you are secluded and don't have to be concerned with noise levels.
The location is the perfect distance to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas, which makes it convenient to explore each day. The accommodations were excellent, with a big living room for the entire group.
Our only problem was the queen-sized bed downstairs; it didn't seem level or balanced, and it felt like you were sleeping on a teeter-totter.
However, we still had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to avoid the bustle of downtown with friends or family.

We loved how the house was setback from the road and the setting in the woodlands. Great amenities and an awesome welcome pack for making s’mores over the fire pit, which my daughters loved! We enjoyed foosball, watching movies on Netflix in the gameroom, and the other game features.

Shady Cove was a perfect fit for our family! We had a wonderdul stay with our family! As our daughter graduated from UNCA Shady Cover offered us the perfect "home base". I can't stress enough all of the provided amenities and perfect atmosphere it offered.
We will definitely be back and recommend to others 1000xs over!!
The quiet and privacy were phenomenal!

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving to the property and realized how perfectly it was tucked back off the road in a private setting. The view from the porch was amazing and we took full advantage of morning coffee out there as well as hanging out in the evenings. The house was extremely clean and we did not have a single concern about the way things were when we arrived. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again in the future. There were no maintenance issues we had while there. The home was nicely decorated and had an abundance of clean towels and washcloths provided, not the minimum that you usually get staying other places. We were very satisfied with our stay!

It was a really great place to stay!

Spent 4 days at Shady Cove. Great cabin/woodsy feel and even though it is located off a busy street it does feel very remote. Brought our 4 legged friend and he had a wonderful time. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is properly stocked to cook and plenty of towels. Owners left a wonderful smores bag to enjoy and there is plenty of wood to enjoy the fire pit. Hamburg Mountain Road is a very busy road - it was difficult to walk my dog on the road as there is lots of traffic. House is close to downtown Weaverville (about a mile - but you could not walk there due to traffic and no sidewalks) with some great little shops and restaurants. We did walk our pet at lake Louise park near downtown and we hiked Rattlesnake Lodge which is just a short drive away. Driveway is a little steep and is gravel only - we had 2 pickups and a small SUV and had no issues. Would definitely come back here again!

The house is nestled back in the woods..very pretty.Well Bred is a deli/bakery downtown that is a must visit...yummy yummy 😋

The accommodations are perfect for 2 couples. Downstairs with BR, ba, & LR
Upstairs has separate entrance so as not to disturb others with 2 BR, ba, kit & din. Big decks and a quiet private surrounding maxes for a perfect visit

Lovely and very clean property just 15 minutes outside of Asheville. Felt like you were “in the mountains” but just minutes away from friendly downtown Weaverville. At night, sat on the patio and enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores and enjoyed the mornings with breakfast on the upper deck. Had a great visit visit exploring both Weaverville and Asheville.
