The Blue Cottage was a wonderful place to spend the holiday. The host made sure we had everything we needed and sent us information about places to see and restaurants we might like. We are making plans to go back!

My husband and I have been coming to Natchez for approx. 8 years and have stayed at Adrienne's Blue house three times in the past two years. We won't stay any other place. The house has been completely redone with attention to detail, exceptional host with great communication and is spotless. What more could you ask for. This trip we brought our ten year old son so that he could experience Natchez. He walked in, looked around, and sat down in the sunroom and said he could live there! Its close to downtown which allows you to park your vehicle when you arrive, walk to numerous shops, restaurants and hours to tour. Host provides items for a light breakfast to get your day started. Do not hesitate to book this house and be a guest of Adrienne's - you won't regret it.

Our party of four could not have been happier with this home. The owners truly were the best hosts we have ever had, anxious to meet our every desire.
The house is spacious, comfortable, has 2 bedrooms, plentiful clothing storage areas, nice showers, and a very comfortable king bed in the larger bedroom. We spent every afternoon on the front porch. The porch furniture was so comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet except for all the springtime birdsong. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, spices, and cleaning supplies.
We can't say enough about Natchez and its friendly residents. For two weeks we enjoyed visiting nearly every tourist activity, restaurant, historical home, walking around town and near the river, and browsing the shops.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to the main areas of town. This was one of the cleanest units we have stayed in and the owners have done a great job with this place. The showers were incredible, kitchen had everything we needed, sitting room in the front was cozy, refrigerator had breakfast foods, plenty of brochures for Natchez, very comfortable house, and the owners made it easy for access and any other questions we had.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown but far enough so there's virtually no noise. Wonderful! Our hosts were the most responsive we've ever experienced. Outstanding!

This was our 2nd visit to Natchez in 5 months and, also, our 2nd stay at the "Blue House", ie. the Comfy Central Natchez Hideaway. We enjoyed our 1st stay at this lovely vintage house in June, 2022. so much that we decided to return for a 2nd stay in October while we attended the fabulous 2022 Natchez Fall Pilgrimage. The charming Central Natchez Hideaway has all the amenities one needs to feel right at home during a visit to the historic city of Natchez.
Each of the ample bedrooms are large with high ceilings, and each one has its own pretty en suite bathroom stocked with fluffy white towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Many grooming necessities are, also, supplied, including a medical first aid kit. The beds in each bedroom are very comfortable and covered in spotless linens and cozy coverlets.
The living room/TV room is, also, good size and contains large, comfy, stuffed armchairs and a big couch situated around a big round coffee table, all facing the brick fireplace. In addition, there are many unique paintings hanging on every room's walls which give the home a special decorative character. The furniture grouping provides a good spot for conversation or watching television shows after a busy day of sightseeing around Natchez' historic environment.
The light and bright kitchen and eating area are spacious and very attractive with large windows that face out one side of the room. The pretty blue backsplash tiles above the kitchen counters add a bright accent to this room. The kitchen is, also, well-stocked with whatever cooking appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans, and silverware one will need for having a meal there. We especially liked having a gas range to cook on for making our breakfast in the morning.
One of our favorite spots at the Central Natchez Hideaway is its big, front porch. Its comfortable chairs and porch swing got plenty of use during our stay there. We very much enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening to sip a glass of wine while watching the evening dusk gradually fill the sky.
We highly recommend staying at the Central Natchez Hideaway! Another asset is Its great location within walking distance of many places of interest in Downtown Natchez as well as its nearness to several wonderful eating places. All these attributes make it a first choice for visitors wanting to combine comfort and convenience while spending time in Natchez.
Happy traveling! Rebeca K. & Erik K.

June, 2022, Lovely Visit to Historic Natchez, MS
We enjoyed a splendid time during our June week in historic Natchez, MS. As soon as we arrived at the "Central Natchez Hideaway", we immediately felt completely at ease. The home has all the required amenities for a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchen, bright and cheery dining area, cozy living room and TV, and two, big comfortable beds in large, airy bedrooms, each one with its own ensuite bathroom.
The Central Natchez Hideaway is well-appointed, attractively decorated, and centrally located. Whether you want to relax on the front porch with a glass of wine or venture into the city, you will find both easy to do from this charming home. Nearby are many of Natchez' magnificent antebellum mansions located inside of beautifully landscaped grounds for which Natchez is famous.
In addition, the owners and hosts, Adrienne and Allen, of the Central Natchez Hideaway home, are very personable and responsive to their guests' needs. Adrienne met us personally on our second day at her home and made sure we knew we could contact her whenever we needed anything.
Natchez is a fascinating small city brimming with history, beautiful antebellum mansions, good restaurants, and friendly people. The Central Natchez Hideaway vintage home is located in an inner city residential neighborhood that is within walking distance of many places of interest and eateries.
Also nearby the Central Natchez Hideaway, we found the Natchez Visitors' Center operated by the National Park Service. The Natchez Visitors' Center is full of informative displays that tell the fascinating history of Natchez from its founding by the French in 1716 up to the present 21st Century. The National Park Service staff there provided us with an abundance of information, including tickets to some antebellum mansions, and helped us to plan our week of tours.
We look forward to our next return visit to Natchez and another stay in the Central Natchez Hideaway in the near future. We highly recommend the Central Natchez Hideaway to other travelers who want to get to know and enjoy the wonderful attractions Natchez, MS, has to offer.

We hated to leave—this property is A++++!!!
Our stay at this property was perfect, from booking to check-out. Thoughtful details throughout—vibrant art, creative use of reclaimed wood, super comfy beds and chairs, and delicious breakfast in the fridge! We loved reading in the front sitting room and spending time on the front porch swing. Returning home to real life was dreadful—we are still talking about how much we loved our stay at this property! We hope to visit again!!! Thank you for sharing this lovely house!!

Fabulous Place to Stay!
We are 2 senior couples that are seasoned VRBO users and we can honestly say that this is one of the top 2 places we have stayed in over the last 30 years. The house was immaculately clean, very nicely decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. This was the first place we have stayed in that had a completely equipped kitchen and Adrienne generously provided all the basic breakfast and coffee needs which is a real treat, especially after a bit of travel. The location was perfect, in an historic district and so convenient for quickly getting to local activities and restaurants. We were so delighted with all that Natchez has to offer. Highly recommend this beautiful home for your home away from home!

Beautiful weekend for a wedding!
We had a relaxing time for our 1st visit to Natchez. Wedding, biking, and serenity. The house is beautiful with no detail missed. The flow of the home and two bedrooms would easily accommodate more than one couple but then you would have to fight over the two comfy chairs on the sun porch for morning coffee and evening wine.

The Blue House serenity
We found this property to be a serene and comfortable home base for our trip to Natchez. It’s located within walking distance to all of the great historic places and restaurants downtown. Beautifully restored with a nod to the historic elements of the home.

Exceptional Home and Experience
My husband and I visit Natchez once a year and normally stay at another rental close to town but the house was in the process of changing ownership and had lost its luster so we wanted to try a new rental. We are so glad we did. We typically stay at at least four home away from home rentals a year so have stayed at more than a few.
The service the owner (Adrienne) provided was exceptional! And that did not stop there. The house exceeded our expectations as it was completely renovated, spotless and stocked with everything we needed - then some. And great customer service. What more could one ask for.
The location was perfect as it was in very close proximity to town that allowed us to quickly walk to restaurants, shopping and a few houses to tour. We couldn't decide which we enjoyed more - sitting on the front porch swing relaxing or in the enclosed sunroom with floor to ceiling windows looking out. And the extra touch of not one but two fireplaces.
Could not recommend this house more as we have found our new rental in Natchez.

Natchez charmer!
Beautiful charming home in a fabulous location. Went for a girls getaway with my mom and 9 month old daughter. We had a wonderful, relaxing time! We never wanted to leave the house! Adrienne left the home very comfortable for us, she put a lot of love and time into the home. It does not feel like a "rental." It felt like I was staying at a friend's place. Host is very communicative. The location is just perfect...we are already planning our next stay! Thanks for the hospitality

Nice stay for our anniversary
My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our anniversary. We have always wanted to visit Natchez so we looked at several places to stay and chose this one. We were not disappointed. The recently remodeled house was very clean and very cozy. Adrienne was very good at checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Anyone looking at a place to stay should consider this one. It's in a good location not far from downtown. If we ever choose to come back, we will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.
