We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Easy walk to the beach and less crowded than staying closer to the Pier 60 area. Will definitely stay in this area again.

We were happy with the place. It had everything you need and is in a good location close to both the beach and entertainment. There were a handful of minor things outdated and could use some updating but overall nothing that took away from the overall experience or would give it less than 5 stars!

Property was as expected. Clean and the proximity to the beach was excellent. We were traveling to Clearwater in between kid events for a short break and the beach time was refreshing. The house is close to all the shops and restaurants and we were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful girls weekend here, perfect location right next to beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Was super clean, beds were great, very safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend, great getaway!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location. Easy beach access. Very clean. While the stairs were mentioned we did not realize how many. We are all in our late 60’s early 70’s so that was a little difficult. Also could not figure out the TV. Would suggest a few beach chairs be made available.

The listing said water view/beachview. We could not see the water or beach out of any of the windows. The beach was very close, you just had to walk outside and down the street, turn and walk one block to the beach, but it was not waterfront as advertised and there is no water view. There were 9 lights out throughout the 4 bedrooms. The dishwasher did not clean dishes. The accommodations were good, one of the bedrooms does not have a wall that goes up to the ceiling, so it lacks privacy. They don't mention this in the listing but we knew it going in b/c someone else mentioned it in their review. Overall the location was really good and the house was clean. It seemed to need some maintenance though, some doors didn't stay shut and the lock didn't latch for one of the bedrooms. When we messaged the property manager he was very responsive.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we could need that we didn’t bring. The location is great and you can walk to the beach or to a ton of restaurants and shops, but it was far enough away that it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful house, very clean! We walked everywhere, barely had to move the car the whole weekend. The host was very accommodating as well and we had no problems with anything. Great all around value!

Roomy townhouse. Lots of space and everything you need. Short walk to the beach and several fun restaurants and bars. Parking can be dicey. Lots of pay to park spots, but you cannot use them past 11 pm. Once you find your spot, you may want to walk and Uber the rest of your stay. Unit could use some updating, but everything was working properly and nothing was in disrepair. We had a great weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The beds were very comfortable and they had really nice ceiling fans. The location was great. We didn't need to rent a car because we could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was also a hose to use to get all the sand off of your feet after visiting the beach.

Our townhouse was exactly as described in the advertisement. All the rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. were in very clean condition. Herschel Majors Jr, answered the phone right away, and answered all my questions. Great customer service, and communication!! Highly recommend, and would give more stars for rating, if I could….. Thank you, VRBO !!!!

Great location away from the center of town. Beach block . Clean place with plenty of space. Quiet area. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. He provided beach chairs and umbrellas .

Stayed between Christmas and New Years with extended family (total 18 of us in two town homes). Homes were just as great as expected. The homes had everything we could need for comfortable stay. We had issue with the heat in upstairs unit so I called property manager/owner. He answered phone, said he would be there within 30 minutes (and he was), fixed the issue, and called me back later in day to make sure everything still ok (it was). This was excellent service from onset and place is amazing! We will be back and will request these units for sure! Thank you to all!

The location is unbeatable and the host took care of our requests quickly and completely. One thing we didn't realize was that this townhome does not have a laundry room, so we had to find other ways to get laundry done. That was our fault - we didn't pay close attention to the listing, and the owner said he's working on it. Regardless, an excellent stay!

We spent Thanksgiving here. We had an awesome time. Very close to beach. JR was helpful when needed. I would just like to recommend that they add more Kitchen items(Pots and Pans, bakeware etc. ) We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Clearwater. The house was close to the beach and parking was easy. There was a large main room that was perfect for talking and watching football when we were not outside enjoying the weather and nearby bars and restaurants. Great location for those who enjoy walking and just getting out and about

The property was sparkling clean and exactly as advertised. The large living space gave us room to play games together and also take afternoon naps as we hid from the sun. Walking distance to both the beach and a variety of restaurants, the location was exactly what we were looking for. The property mangers were easy to reach and responded quickly. They even provided special amenities for our infant. Five stars would recommend

I rented this property to stay with my family, my parents and my brothers family. The place was clean and nice. Very comfortable to stay in. The beach access was only about a block away and we walked down every day, even with the kids, ages 2, 4, and 6. The rental is right at the end of the main drag and we waked up and down to do shopping and have meals. There is a park across the street for kids as well. The location being at the end of the strip meant it was not overly loud at night but we still has quick and walkable access to everything we needed. There was also two parking spaces we could use right on site, parking is not easy there and that is a big bonus. The owner was attentive and brought up a pack and play to use during our stay. The check out instructions were easy and not overly burdensome like some other places I have stayed. There are beach towels, umbrellas and toys on site that you can use and they were super handy to have there and not have to buy or travel with. I loved our stay here and would highly recommend them. As a side note, the pictures you see are what you get, it really is a very nice place.

Very clean and comfortable house. Large enough to accommodate for 2 family with kids. We enjoy grilling Outdoor gas grill by the fence area. Excellent communication with the property manager. Very convenient to the beach, great restaurants and shops with a short walking distance.

We didn’t move our car, everything was walking distance. WhiteSand Beach was steps away. Very nice and clean place to stay with a great environment.
