There were no negatives about our stay. Everything was seamless from finding the property to check in to not having to pre clean the house at the end. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to returning to this oasis soon!!!

Nice and quiet neighborhood, yet close to town of Williams. They had information about the area in magazines, books, etc. Lots of towels, things in the kitchen, etc. Better equipped than most time shares we have stayed at.

We loved this property. Everything was so detailed and organized. We loved the backyard. We got to use the grill once. It was perfect, looking forward to come back. Everything was close by. Me and my family had a great time.

Stayed near the park.

Not close to central Williams, a little more than 5 minutes away. In a relatively quiet community associatied with a golf course. There is a little noise from the freeway in the distance and railroad freight train line.
The furnishings inside are great, and we spent a lot of time looking at the various art pieces and signs.
The kitchen area is very well stocked, but if you are staying more than a couple of days there's only one shelf for your personal food, but a very large fridge/freezer.
A fireplace in the living room, and an electric fireplace in one of the two bedrooms. We did not use the back yard area, but it has a gas fire ring and barbeque.
Overall a very nice place.

We loved the Arizona feel of the home as well as the cleanliness and comfort. The host was friendly and helpful and the neighborhood was completely quiet and beautiful and safe. The views all around were gorgeous and it was super easy to buy groceries and other needs. We’d be happy to stay again!

The house is just outside Williams in a new neighborhood near the golf course. We used as a home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The house is in excellent shape. The recliner couches (often difficult to find in short term rentals) were comfortable and made our stay. We also liked the gas fireplace, softer beds, and outdoor gas grill.

The house was fine all the amenities you need. The hot water situation was not great. During the hours when hot water was available you were able to get maybe a five minute shower before it was done, the second person got less than that.

I booked to stay at this location for 26 days. The initial reservation advertisement was misleading and not with complete disclosure on what is, and what is not available with this property. When my final payment went through, I found out the bad news. The Garage and Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom are locked off, and not allowed access. I quickly called the owner and was allowed access to the garage. I commend her on that part, as the garage is prominently displayed in 3 of the advertisement photographs. However, no access to the Master Bedroom or Master Bathroom. Lighting in the evenings is poor, and during the daytime it is barely noticeable when the lights are turned on. I told my father I had to use a flashlight in the bedroom to find things in my suitcase, the drawers and in the closet. Telephone reception for me (using Google Fi) was zero. If you have Google Fi, get rid of it, you will not have any telephone reception for that service in this place. Not sure about other carriers. Hot water, you need to speak with the owner about the hot water, and when you would like to use it. She showed me how to turn it on, due to it being on a timer. The home is listed for four people. Think about this now, four adults, one toilet, one sink, one shower. My daughter came to stay two weekends and waiting for use of the toilet while she was in the shower was not nice and having to schedule your morning around a woman in the shower, the only shower is a bit tasking and time,. How will all be able to take care of things equally. You make your own determination. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as cook ware, dishes and silverware. I did not use the grill or the back yard.
Overall, the place was ok, but if I had known what was not accessible for me, (my children did visit on weekends), what was locked off from use and not explained in the advertisement, I would not have rented this place. I asked for a 33% refund due to the house not being completely available to me as was advertised, but that is still pending.
The owner, Sarah, is very nice and we spoke about her advertisement, and I think she changed it now, so it is more accurate. She allowed me access to the garage, when I asked about the hot water, she was quick to let me know how to change it. The neighborhood is great, except for all the VRBOs. Sad that this flood of VRBOs has happened to my small little town. I grew up in Williams. It is like transient living now.

Great place to stay with best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at.
Did not like having to remove shoes when entering home.

Cozy and convenient
This property was clean. The location was convenient but we did hear freeway noise when out in back yard. Well stocked kitchen was nice. If we had traveled with our other daughter we would have needed one more bedroom. Our Grand Canyon trip was a success and our host gave us great advice.

Nice Property!
Property was as describe. This property is nicely located for direct route to Grand Canyon. Also not far from Sedona and Flagstaff but out of the city. There are also plenty of things to do in Williams just 5 minutes away. The house is located in a golf community providing for nice walks in the mornings and evenings. Furnishings are very comfortable and inside is as described in posting. Enjoyed sitting on the patio after our daily adventures. I would choose to stay here again!

Excellent VRBO
We enjoyed our stay at the “Cabin”. The property is very nice. The patio/backyard was great and we spent every evening outside. After being on the road for a week we were glad to have a fully equipped kitchen to cook in and laundry facilities. Great location with regards to the Grand Canyon and Williams, AZ. We would definitely rebook if we returned to the Grand Canyon area.

Nice cottage.
Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything. Could use a better cleaning job and towels smelled moldy. But all in all a great place!

COMFORT CITY!
This place was exactly as described, extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you may need to make a meal. The living room was very comfortable, the cozy fireplace was a very nice touch. We were able to watch from our Netflix account because of the smart tv, came with a great sound system. We had such a nice relaxing time while we were here it was hard to leave and explore. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit the Grand Canyon and Bearizona zoo. Beautiful neighborhood to take walks in, night walks are the best because of all the beautiful stars. Can’t get a view like that in the city. We absolutely had the best time here. We have two children and this place was plenty of space for our family of four. The host was very organized and communication was excellent, we had a question and she responded in 2 minutes. The overall experience was 5 stars.
