Wonderful place to relax in Mahahual.

Very nice and clean hotel in a great location. Access to the beach.

Restaurant adjacent to the hotel could use some improvements. But it’s not directly linked to the hotel.

Location is fantastic, next to the beach. Parking is onsite. We had an apartment with penthouse so the stay was super comfortable. Very quiet place. You can enjoy sunrise from the bed! Restaurant on site with great seafood and good coffee in the morning. Definetly will be back to this hotel in the future.

quiet place on the costa maya

Beautiful place on the sea shore. The hotel offers beach service. There are great restaurants on the ground floor and around the hotel, so we didn't have to use the kitchen in our room :-). It is necessary to take a boat trip on a coral reef snorkeling trip. The hotel is at the end of a busy class of hotels and restaurants ...

There is no grocery store nearby. You have to drive a few kilometers to the city. To our taste, too many souvenir shops in the area.

photos aren’t dated… looks much more basic in real life

the location was the only thing really

this hotel is more basic than it looks on the pictures. when we arrived there were big dirty towels all over the floor. Our room was also very basic. the fridge was making a loud noise and the bed was moving a lot when one person would turn around while sleeping. I barely slept my entire stay. the pool is also tiny and the beach is a tiny beach with boats so you can’t really swim there. I think this needs a big renovation. it has potential. I’d only stay there if you’re short on cash and are only passing by for 1-2 nights.

Location although in front there is a busy pedestrian street and then comes the beach. Restaurant services are good.

Not directly on the beach. Sea view balcony exposed to all the people passing by.

Had a great stay and glad I chose this hotel to stay at. Will visit again. Highly recommend

Food was great, location perfect, staff excellent

ants within unit and got into my suitcase. Dealing with them was a nuisance but didn't allow it to ruin my trip.

Room was comfortable, clean and staff was extremely helpful when requested. Cleaning crew did an excellent job daily.

We did not want to leave.

Lovely stay

A nice condo/hotel on the beach. The rooms were spacious and had a view of the beautiful beach. It is in town and everything is close within walking distance. I look forward to returning. The staff is amazing and helpful! Great AC.

I had a lot of studying to do. Sometimes the wifi can be difficult. But for the most part it worked well.

If you stay a night, it might be enough

The hotel is located in front of the beach, and some staff is really helpful

As soon as we arrived they offered us a upgrade if we cancelled on Booking.com, which we assumed it was a little bit odd, as we were wondering if they treat like that their partners, how are they going to treat their guests? Also, there were not really staff taking COVID-19 measures as they were all without facemask, and when the guests were walking around, they will just put it as if they had it the whole time. In addition to that, the bedroom shower is old and the pressure of the water is not the best

The staff was great and the rooms are clean and nicely setup with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and stove.
