This property is managed by a property company. We had questions on instructions in the house and never received answers to our emails and on the final day the toilet leaked and tried to contact someone but received no response. The house is in a great location. No hairdryer or toiletries, which would have been a nice touch.

Mary Ann’s Villa surpassed all of my expectations. As I pulled into the parking area, the cottage exuded charm. The cottage was spacious, spic and span clean, beautifully appointed, in town and close to the River Ness walk. I have recommended the cottage to a friend of mine already.

We had a fantastic stay at Mary Ann Villa. House is wonderfully charming and very quaint. Located in an excellent quiet neighborhood and VERY walkable. Beds are comfortable and water is hot. Had hard time figuring out the washer dryer combo so instruction on using it would be helpful. Other than that, would recommend to anyone I know going to Scotland and would definitely stay again.

The house was quite nice and large. There was always enough room on the courtyard for parking our two cars. Inverness is a very nice city, and it takes only 5 minutes to get into the city center by foot. This was a very unfortunate coincidence, but the washing machine had a defect on the day before we wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we had to find out on ourselves how we could open the door of the washing machine to get our laundry out again, but we finally managed it.
