About this house rental

This amazing 3 bedroom villa is only a stone's throw from Playa Chica beach & the Fariones Sports Centre. Completely renovated to a very high standard, ultra modern and complete with air-conditioning, WIFI and jacuzzi making it the perfect holiday home.

The living area is a modern plan to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and the large patio doors that open completely offer lots of natural light. The stylish, fully fitted modern kitchen consists of an electric oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The spacious living and dining room is comfortable and attractively decorated and looks out to the front patio with mountain views. The wall mounted flat screen TV offers Satellite channels-

Enjoy the patio views from the large air conditioned master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and features a large skylight with remote controlled cover to darken the room or allow natural light. The third bedroom has twin beds, with wardrobes, bedside units and air conditioned. Also features a window with a nice view and shutters. There is a second family bathroom with walk in shower.

There is an electric gate to the private driveway on the front of the villa. The foot gate has a few steps leading up to the front terrace. There is a shower house for cleaning down off the beach. The terrace has four modern bucket chairs where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful mountain and sea views.

Through the large patio doors from the living area leading out to a huge terrace you will find a 4 man sunken jacuzzi, sun-loungers, a dining area and an outside shower with unlimited views of the Ocean.
The washing machine is located in a locked cupboard on this terrace.

For your peace of mind, there is a security alarm, safety deposit box and private, gated car park. Air conditioning which can also provide heat during winter months

Playa Chica villa is located only a few steps from the beach. Only a 5 minute walk from the busy resort, which started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Canarian holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world.

There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats even enjoy yacht excursion.

This villa is an absolute Gem for divers, given its perfect location in front of Playa Chica - a divers paradise and home to "Safari Diving" dive school.

Highly recommended. So near the sea. The villa had everything and more. I really enjoyed having jacuzzi watching birds in the palm trees. Felt like a very exclusive location. Then going straight to the sea for a swim with no need to change just beach dress because the sea is 1 minute walk. The beautiful playa chica beach with so many fish great for snorkelling. Then the veiw at the front looking over the sea and mountains. The beds are so comfy. Air con in every room. The villa itself has everything you would need for a long self catering holiday. Lovely hot showers. Beautiful comfy seats. Sparkly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Big tv with Netflix etc. will definitely be returning again!!!!

My husband i spent a week in this beautiful villa. Ideal for a couple of for a family. perfect location just 100 mtrs to playa chica beach and a 5 min walk to the strip. Lots of supermarkets and shops within a 5 min walk. Having the car parking space was a gift as parking around here is tight. Had an issue with the height of the ramp to get into the parking space and was scraping the bumper on same. Spoke to the rep when he came to take out passport details, who said he would sort the issue. To his credit later that day he returned with rolled up carpet to put down where the car was low to raise it up. Problem solved. very appreciative of this. Only fault we had with the villa was that the interior and exterior lighting is very severe. No dimmer adjustment for any of the light. When all this lighting is on it is very very bright and could be toned down slightly. I would happily recommend this villa , location, staff and facilities are perfect.

Fantastic villa in a brilliant location, especially if you are scuba divers! The company are quick to respond to questions and requests and take prompt action to resolve any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the real measure is that we booked to go back next year whilst still in the villa this year!

We are coming to lanzarote on holidays for over 20 years and this Villa has been the best we have stayed in.The Villa is very modern and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday but it’s the location and views that really make this villa stand out.We will definitely stay there again.The team at Buena Villa rental for fantastic to deal with especially Carla.

Playa Chica is a beautiful modern and stylish villa in a great yet relatively quiet location being close to good local bars and restaurants yet also only a minutes walk from an excellent secluded beach. It features 2 fairly large and one medium sized, bedrooms, the main room having en-suite bathroom and shutters (with patio doors) which open out onto the rear terrace where the hot tub is located. Fitted with modern, good quality appliances and furnished to a modern high standard. A good alarm system and well hidden safe add to the security of the occupants. In addition the heating/aircon is spot on with the ability to set all rooms independently, a great feature given the extremes of temperature Lanzarote is known for. One wow feature is the large skylight window in the second bedroom and upon first arrival in the early evening the discrete internal and external lighting gives a really stylish yet understated look. Owing to their being a terrace at the front and rear/side the best of the sun can be enjoyed from morning to late evening, it was great to be able to relax on the front terrace with a cocktail and enjoy the evening sun before heading out. Communication with BuenaVilla cannot be faulted, we did experience a minor issue with the internet (Wi-Fi running at excellent speed but no internet.) Although this was an external issue and in no way the fault of the owners, David attended within 30 minutes to try to rectify the problem. Otherwise there are plenty of options for entertainment on the large flat screen TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, IPTV etc. Great to keep the kids entertained if it is a family stay. Given that the cost for 2 couples in mid March was highly competitive and comparable to the price of 2 small apartments, Playa Chica gets a 5 out of 5 for value. Would we stay again ? Having visited Lanzarote numerous times over the last 25 years or so, you bet we would in fact we are already looking at future availability.

Die Villa Playa Chica von Buenavilla.es hat für uns mehrere Vorteile. 2 große Fenster zu den beiden großen Terrassen. Dadurch haben wir immer Schatten und Sonne zur Auswahl. Ein besonderer Vorteil der Wohnung liegt darin, dass die beiden Terrassen auch eine sehr gute Fernsicht erlauben. Die Terrasse an der Eingangstür sogar den Blick auf Meer und die Berge. Auf der Hauptterrasse geht der Blick vornehmlich auf Palmen und teilweise auf das Meer. In vielen anderen Wohnungen und Häusern schaut man stattdessen auf eine Mauer in 2 bis 3 m Entfernung und fühlt sich eingesperrt. Außerdem steht dort in der Hitze auch die Luft und es fehlt der angenehme leichte Wind. So haben wir auch am Vormittag und am Nachmittag stundenweise eine Art Wintergarten. Von der Haustür gelangt man wie in den USA direkt in das Wohnzimmer. Eine neue Erfahrung: Erstaunlich wie viel Lärm die echten Kanarienvögel veranstalten können. Der Standort ist sehr gut. Auf dem Weg zum Hafen und im Hafen selbst gibt es gute Restaurants. Wir haben in den zehn Tagen nicht einmal in der Wohnung gegessen. Der Strand Playa Grande eignet sich besser zum Joggen als der Strand Los Pocillos. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich der professionellen Abwicklung von Buenavills.es aussprechen. Einziges Problem: Es gibt bisher in der Wohnung nicht einen einzigen Kleiderhaken. Ab 4 Personen wird es daher eng mit der Ablage von Jacken, Taschen und so weiter.

What a wee gem!

What a wee gem!

This villa is a wee gem, situated within a quiet area on Playa Chica beach but in the centre of the heart of PDC, we ate out every night and never had a bad meal! The staff who looked after the villa were fab and any issues they addressed them. We loved the privacy of the villa and the fact we had no routine. Loved the tv with loads of channels. I would def use this company again and would stay here again.
