Newly built in 2021, every detail of Seneca Spirit was hand selected and carefully laid out so travelers feel at home while they're away from home. Vinyl-wood flooring spans the length of the open floor plan. The kitchen with soft grey cabinetry offers the perfect amount of counter space for prepping your favorite meals and dining too! The oversized island doubles as dining for six with its expansive granite counter top. Visit the Geneva's farmers market for some local produce an added touch of taste and color to your table spread.
Relax on the oversized sofa with a good book, or visit with your friends and family as they mingle inside and out. Down the hall, each of the three bedrooms are snuggled away.
The lakeside offers 100ft of prime lake life bliss. Spend your days bathing in the sun, or rent a kayak and paddle in the shores of Seneca Lake.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/watercraft are not available between October 15 - May 15*
