Step into a thoughtfully designed second-floor condo with an open-concept living space. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace with a stone hearth, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table for six or on the private balcony overlooking the valley.

The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day of adventure. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, generous storage, and access to a convenient bath/shower combo.

Enjoy access to hot tubs, a fitness room, sauna, laundry facilities, media room, and gated bike storage, this condo provides everything needed for a memorable Tahoe experience. A spacious 14-person hot tub, perfect for families, and a smaller, more intimate rooftop hot tub are waiting for you. Towels are often provided in the exercise, sauna, and hot tub area. For longer stays, a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers is conveniently located on the first floor.

Winter guests are steps away from chairlifts, the Funitel, and Tram, making it easy to enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, and more. After a day on the slopes, soak in one of the outdoor hot tubs or relax by the fire pits scattered around the Village. You'll also find plenty of cozy cafes, bars, and unique eateries to unwind with friends and family. This building often hosts a free art, craft, and game room for kids in winter, with additional amenities like a pool table, foosball, saunas, and exercise rooms throughout the Village.

In the summer, the condo's patio is perfect for enjoying breakfast outside with mountain views. A portable air conditioning unit is available for summer comfort! From here, you'll have quick access to nearby trails for hiking and biking, as well as Lake Tahoe for water activities like kayaking, swimming, and boating. Play a round of golf, climb rocks on the Via Ferrata, enjoy a horse ride, or hang on a ropes course.

We try to offer this condo for much less than what the Village management charges because we do not use their management service. We do our best to pass as much savings as we can on to all of our guests. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can sometimes be arranged for a fee. The proximity of this property to lifts and restaurants is great and the small kitchen is fairly well stocked. While tight, the living area has a fireplace and a small balcony which is nice, and it is sunny during the day. But, the noise factor should not be overlooked. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking a large parking lot and every single night of our stay, whether it had snowed or not, from about 1:00am to 4:00am, there was very noisy equipment working to ready the parking area for the next day. There is one other reviewer who mentioned the noise and I should have heeded that warning. If you are a very heavy sleeper or have really good quality noise cancelling headphones that you don't mind sleeping in, then this unit may work for you. We have rented many other ski condos over the years and have experienced the noise of the grooming machines and snow removal equipment before. But, this was by far more bothersome that we have experienced before. I wish I had listened to that one other reviewer becuase we were very tired skiiers on this trip.

Location was fantastic, check in and check out process super easy. The condo was as advertised, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cozy feel. Great for families of 3 or 4. Would definitely stay here again. Property mgmt was super responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay!

The apartment looks directly onto a very large parking lot and the main ski village access road. We were there during ski season so every night we were woken up around midnight until 4am or 5am due to snow removal vehicles which are incredibly loud. This intense noise issue is not noted in the description of the unit. We only learned of this issue a few days before the rental with the welcome email that suggested we bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones to sleep with. The snowplow noise was slightly muffled by the headphones, but not enough to get a good night sleep after a day of skiing. I would recommend that the owner be forthcoming in the description of the unit about this noise issue. What saved the trip was the apartment has easy access to chairlifts and village shops, and you get to park your car in a garage sheltered from winter weather. When the dishwasher failed the managing agent was very responsive.

The location adjacent to the parking lot is very loud even without snow. The car alarms, trucks, etc throughout the day are heard in the condo. It is also advertised to sleep 6, but it barely fits a family of 4 comfortably for more than a couple of nights. A very expensive stay over the holidays.

We loved this condo. My husband and I stayed in the master suite and our friends stayed in the other bedroom. It was perfect for the four of us. The location was perfect too. We loved the view of mountains from the deck. We called the property manager to ask for a spatula and they were very responsive. I don’t hesitate to recommend this property!!

We stayed here during the biggest snow storm Tahoe has seen in 40 years and the maintenance team that keeps this facility clean and put together was excellent! Also, communication with the property manager was extremely easy and they went out of the way to provide additional helpful information. Place was well stocked and easy to walk to the lifts from!

My family stayed here for a week, and the place is very clean. The proximity to the lifts is hard to beat, and my little one loved to be able to be in the village so easily. The things I would note for others, are that this unit faces the parking lot- the first night they started clearing ice from the lot at 11pm and finished at 6am- so there was heavy machinery and scraping the entire night. The rest of the time was not quite as dramatic, but it’s a thoroughfare for the resort equipment, so there are periodic machine noises. During the day, people blast music, dogs bark and car alarms go off (generally who cares, but if you’re with someone who needs a mid-day nap, it’s not ideal). Also, I highly recommend bringing your own pillow, as the ones provided are among the worst I have experienced- extremely full and firm. The mattress however, is very comfortable.

The unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed and perfectly stocked. The proximity to the lifts is ideal. Far enough from the crowds to keep it quiet, and a quick walk to the lifts. End of day skiing drops you pretty much at the lodge! I rented 2 units that were 2 doors apart to make it very convenient for my familiy!

This was the perfect pre-Christmas family ski trip! The condo was perfect - spacious, super clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, excellent location! The property was very comfortable in a great location with nice amenities. The beds were not the most comfortable, and it was a little noisy sleeping with the windows open. Not sure if there was construction going on, since we heard trucks and voices. Otherwise a nice place and thanks for the bottle of wine as a welcome gift.

Our first trip to Tahoe, and we stayed in this unit @ Building #5. This room worked out for our family. We honestly spent more time on the mountain than we did in the room, and after a full day snowboarding it was great coming back to a cozy room with a fireplace. The locker down stairs, and the underground parking was a nice bonus. We had no issues with the room during our stay and everyone wants to return next winter. Snowplows were running as it snowed three times during our stay, the noise was actually a good indicator of what we could expect when we woke up to bluebird powder mornings. more of a suggestion than a complain, but the sofa sleeper should probably be replaced, feels as if its nearing the end of it's comfort life.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Ski locker was a nice perk and easy access to skiing right outside the door was the highlight of our stay. We had an issue with the sink backing up, but Stacey and the on property maintenance crew were responsive in getting it fixed. Our biggest issue was the extended (2 hour+) noise from the snowplow in the parking lot located right outside the bedrooms in the middle of the night. Weather/snowfall is not something that you can predict but if you're staying during the winter, definitely something to keep in mind. Overall, you can't beat the location and we had a great stay! We would definitely return in the future!
