Great spacious home and great location by the lake. Only complaint was that we couldn’t use the grill or a portion of the deck.

"Luxury", "plush furnishings", "plenty of seating", "well-equipped kitchen" & "clean" are so far away from the truth!
Cobwebs, broken oven, only 3 glasses which were so disgusting, only 6 mismatched knives even tho this house can host 14 guests, stuck on scrambled eggs on a pan from previous guests, many broken screens, did I say cobwebs?, game room couch had 3 legs, one bed had a toy inside the "freshly made" bedding, 1/2 the deck was sealed off because it was dangerous!
I don't know about the previous reviews, but our stay was NOT in a luxury home!
I have sent multiple emails to Vacasa complaining and no response. Ended up filing a complaint with BBB. Do yourself a favor and research this company!

The stay was ok, large enough for our group and clean, nice neighborhood and decent view. I wouldn’t call the place luxurious, it was dated. Property management was unresponsive, fireplace didn’t work, no water in the hot tub.
Vacasa has a lot to develop before becoming even close to Airbnb as far as customer service.

This property was wonderful for our family. We ranged in ages from 8 to 76. There was space for all and because of the elevator and main floor master, it was perfect for a family member with declining mobility. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We hope to return.

My family and I traveled to New Hampshire to celebrate my Dad’s 60th birthday! This house was perfect! It was a beautiful spot and very spacious for all the guest! We do wish the house was a little more clean and we were able to reach the property owner’s easily.

Big, clean, spacious lake house with awesome living spaces, big bedrooms (with comfy beds) and a short walk to the public beach on the lake! We spent almost our whole visit at the house and it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends! Highly recommend!

Four hours after check in the property manager texts me to inform me that the master bathroom shower does not work and we soon find out that the second shower upstairs also does not work for the first night of our stay; the master bathroom shower never worked for the entirety of our stay. When reaching out to the property manager, there was zero response to our disappointment and dissatisfaction or the mater bathroom shower issue. The house was full with 9 guest and only 1.5 showers to accommodate, which was not what was adversitied. The property manager also asked guests to do laundry (towels) prior to leaving and when doing so, there was already dirty laundry in the washer from prior guests, still damp and musty. Our experience was overall disappointing, especially since it was during the off-season and we expect things to run more smoothly overall.

This place has an amazing view of Lake Winnepesaukee out all the big windows, a fantastic open plan kitchen, fireplace and gorgeous large bedrooms. Absolutely spotless. Near to hiking. We (mixed age adult group of buddies) had a blast hanging around the house, cooking and dancing, napping and board games, hiking, etc. One lucky couple had the truly fantastic master bedroom on the main level, private bath with giant jacuzzi, etc. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed. Would definitely go back.

We just spent one week at this rental. It’s beautiful! Lara was quick to respond with any questions we had. The beach passes were so nice to have. We took some day trips and spend some time cooling off in the lake. We LOVED having the linens and towels provided. It made packing for a large group much easier. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was as pretty as the pictures claimed. If we decide to go to New Hampshire again, we would gladly rent this house again.

This is a beautiful large home that room-wise was ideal for my family! But, from the kitchen provisions to the linens, to the general cleanliness and upkeep of the home, it was much more suited to groups of college kids. We have stayed in many VRBO homes for family vacations in years past and felt that this home was not up to the standards we have experienced and come to expect.

Must have been the worst weather week. Rained all or part of 5 days. Surprisingly we had a fine time.....playing cards and 1000 piece puzzles in the same great room as I cooked another's read, especially using the wonderful attached screened in porches. There are wonder walks, the fantastic Gilford Public Beach just under a mile walk or short drive with plenty of pArking places and picnic tables and snack bar. The water was crystal clear....the kids loved it. Great WW!! museum in Wolfeboro....great shopping close in Tilton. A good time was had by all!

Lara and Fernando's house was absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 14 girls and there was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house, but also all hangout in the common areas together. The house was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had all of the necessary items for cooking while at the house. Looking forward to another visit to their house again in the future!

Overall the property was beautiful, great view and nice house. The maintenance however was sub par. We found only 1 usable pool stick as the rest had missing tips or were broken. The cleanliness of the house was OK but not great. The thing we looked forward to the most from the discription was the hot tub. Unfortunately it was filled with mold and the water was green. Very disappointing for the money spent.

Celebrated my best friends bachelorette here over the weekend and the house was better than the pictures! Very spacious with endless things to do. Would highly recommend this house to a bigger group. Owners responded quickly with any questions I had during my stay. Might be renting again next year we loved it so much :)

There were very few issues that we found and the ones that were there were to be expected in a home that was for rent (light out in master bedroom shower but too high for us to reach and issues with the upstairs shower faucets - both were mentioned that they were having fixed and the previous renters hadn't mentioned it to them) The house was spacious enough for all of us, 5 couples in town for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion, with a well appointed kitchen to cook in and comfy areas to relax and get away from one another when necessary. We'll be back for sure! Thanks again Lara and Fernando!

The house hit all of our needs and more. Spacious, perfect location! The only issue we encountered was poor wifi. Other than that, I would highly recommend! Lara and Fernando were great and Lara was very responsive when called upon!

We loved our family vacation in Gilford! The house was very roomy and comfortable for all of us! Everyone enjoyed the decks and the hot tub, and gathering around the big dining room table to play games. We loved the activities at Gunstock Mt., ice cream at Kellerhaus, FunSpot, Gilford Beach, and you must visit the Beans and Greens Farm very close by. Lara and Fernando were always very helpful, too. We would definitely recommend this home!

My friends and I really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Lara was very helpful, she answered my texts right away.
The outside porch off the front floods bad in the rain, that made it had to be out there on the rainy day we had.
There were some small things around the cabin that were broken that we notified Lara of right away like broken chairs on the porch.
Some things weren’t in working condition as advertised. Such as the gas fireplace, surround sound system, and the hot water seemed to run out rather quickly. Also the fridge in the garage was filled with mold.
However none of the cons I have listed about this place would stop me from renting this cabin again it is beautiful. Love how central the location is, close to everything. This is a great place to bring your family of friends.

We had a great weekend here, the house is absolutely stunning and perfect for family getaways. We went during the end of the ski season and it was only a short ride to Gunstock. Everyone had their own space and could get privacy if they wanted to and had plenty of room in the common areas for us all. Lara was very responsive to any needs and their instructions in the home were straight forward. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home for a family getaway in the winter or summer!
