location is perfect. phenomenal coffee shop, Izzy's, 2 doors up, Bouchon restaurant half way up the block and all the shopping you could want within a easy walking distance. clean, great layout, all the extra's needed in the kitchen. bring extra toilet paper if your staying more than a day or two, but easy to pick up downtown. def need ear plugs in King main bedroom, will not need them in the Queen. loved the split bedroom layout.

The outside noise at night was intrusive, but that was clearly stated in the property description.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described and the Vacasa team was very good to work with! We would visit again!

This property is so well equipped. Beautiful and comfortable. The other reviews mention the noise from the street. It is super loud. I slept with noise cancelling headphone with a sleep app. Lots of cars that have loud mufflers, people talking loud around the building, fire trucks going by. Could all be solved with better windows. I would stay here again I would just be as prepared as I was this time for the noise. Location was awesome and everything inside was awesome. Read all the instructions of where to park and unload your car. It was all very helpful

My husband and I and our two adult children pick this loft department out to rent for a long weekend. We were attending a wedding nearby with many events within a mile of this loft apartment. It was the perfect set up for us, and we entertained others in the comfortable living room, before and after events.

This place was decorated very nicely. Condo was spacious and location is great. We were there on a girls weekend and could walk everywhere.

Excellent location for this well appointed rental. Close to everything downtown Asheville has to offer. We parked our car Friday & didn’t move it until Monday. Great for attending events at Thomas Wolfe or Cicic Center. You get city noise at night but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Beautiful place, close to a lot of things that we wanted to do.

The Loft was Exactly what we envisioned from the photos! It was closed to everything. A short Lyft/Uber to The Biltmore Estate. Couldn't have been more perfect. The shower in the Queen Bed suite was so awesome and spacious. Jacuzzi Tub!!! And the Kitchen was so well appointed! Everything possible need for our cooking night we had! The RANKIN VAULT, had the best burger in town! Thanks again! We shall return!

Great location and overall super cute place for a girls trip. It was noisy at night but we were made aware of that when we booked the trip.

The property is clean and well equipped and the location is fantastic. With that being said listen to the reviews about noise, from Thursday - Sunday you will hear every single conversation and car that drives by between 10am and 2am in the bed rooms.
Also, the customer service from Vacasa NC was non-existent. When we arrived the fire alarm in the main living area was going off every 30 seconds, over the course of our 4 day stay i called 6 times, and 6 times was told from the main CS team that a note was sent to Vacasa NC, but they would not give me their direct number, and you guessed it, it was NEVER fixed. It beeped throughout the whole house the entire trip, waking us up at night, and generally ruining our trip. I will not book again with Vacasa unless absolutely necessary. We never even received a courtesy call, etc.. I honestly thought about getting a hotel room and billing Vacasa back.
Just flat out unacceptable. I'd look to book somewhere else if possible.

Excellent spot for our family girls’ weekend! Absolutely loved the property, setup and decor. Everything was as advertised and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Space is beautiful and the layout of the rooms is perfect. The only negative really was the noise on the street until 2am. It was hard to sleep but it would calm down and then would be quiet the rest of the night. One picky comment is I would recommend improving the quality of the TP for the price of the space.

Beautiful loft and great town!

We LOVED this property... the exposed brick walls and furnishings were beautiful! The furniture and beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely appointed. The neighborhood was very walkable, though parking was a bit far away for unloading. By the time my daughter arrived, we had her unload in the ally from the back door, which was much easier. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator not making ice, but the property managers were super responsive and friendly. I hope to come back to Asheville and will definitely look for this property again.

This place had a lot of character and a nice size kitchen for staying in and cooking. It also had a super cute balcony which provided some fresh air and was fun to hang out on. The design of the loft with the two bedroom suites allowed for nice privacy for two couples. The place could benefit from some updates but overall our stay provided a fantastic experience.

The condo was perfectly located for walking around downtown Asheville! Close to restaurants, shops, etc. very nice condo and perfect for our girls weekend! Only downside was a little noisy at night due to street noise but that was already noted in previous reviews so was expected…… would def stay here again!

This location can't be beat! We loved the charm of the condo with the exposed brick. We had a blast! Only piece of feedback would be the comfort of the queen bed and just need bigger towels in that room but aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay and will book again in the future.

Very comfortable, clean and a great location. We loved it!

Believe the reviews... the bedroom on Lexington is noisy, all week long. Maybe an upgrade to the windows would help with noise? The noise machine helps, but you still hear loud cars, arguments, etc.
Great location, close to shopping, dining, Moog museum, etc. Expect to pay $20 per day for parking at nearby lots.
Maintenance throughout is necessary - light bulbs needed replacing, the door to the laundry area was gone, refrigerator wasn't spotless & had a few broken shelves. Very few drinking glasses... need to replace!
Mold on ceiling from roof leak in the bedroom on Chicken Alley.
Otherwise the unit was clean and space is very pleasant. If the needed maintenance had been addressed I would have given a higher rating.

This loft was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The location was spot on and within walking distance to all of the best restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. The character was so charming and the space was clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay in this loft again!

The character! Well appointed, cozy, comfortable and clean. So charming. Be prepared for a noisy night. Earplugs and sound machines are a must. But, we loved everything about this place. Easy access to everything too.

The Lofts is a wonderful oasis in downtown Asheville. Complete with a hidden door, you enter on the street and take internal stairs up to the main floor. Bedrooms are comparable so both couples had lovely accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
