Great stay great location!

Beautiful townhouse, well appointed and comfortable. Good access to downtown. Negatives in decling order. Tvs were not connected to basic cable. You had to sign in their roku or apple to get to your streaming services.
The named street takes you to the rear where there is a garage and door entrance to the basement level. There is better parking in the front of the buildoing where you enter from the 1st floor.

The townhome is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was immaculate and furnished with everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay. Extras, such as coffee, condiments and games were a welcoming touch. We frequently referred to Jessica’s guide to all things Asheville and found her suggestions to be spot-on.
Communication with Jessica and her assistant Lena was excellent from the initial booking through the end of our 5-night stay. A couple of minor maintenance issues were taken care of quickly.
What truly made this stay stand out and one of my personal top 3 (out of many) vacation rental experiences was the way my three friends and I were treated and valued as special guests. Thanks, Jessica and Lena, for making our Asheville vacation and birthday celebration just a bit more memorable!

This townhouse is beautiful and spacious. The outdoor seating is where we were mostly. Need other furniture in upstairs deck. Location excellent. Bears just wandered by about 8:30 pm. Was very exciting!

Excellent location to everything in Asheville

Jessica was an excellent hostess, especially regarding communication. I had texted her a few times and she replied within moments, which is great when your in an unfamiliar place.
The townhouse itself was absolutely incredible. It's massive, clean and overall picture perfect. It was very quiet being in an end unit.
I was there with 5 other adults and everyone had nothing but praise for the layout, amenities etc

We took our family to see the sights of Asheville and loved hanging out in this beautiful, elegantly furnished home. Lots of light, 2 large balconies. modern kitchen with tea kettle for the tea drinkers. Everything was so comfortable. And the location was great. A must stay home.

There were 5 of us in our group and the house was perfectly sized. There was plenty of space plus a fantastic deck outside. It was very easy to park. We were able to walk into downtown and to a nearby brewery. Location was fantastic. The house was clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Location was great! Home was just as it was described. Very roomy and clean. The TV's were a little bit of a challenge, but we didn't watch that much anyway. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was just the right size for 5 women. Loved the fact that we could park in the garage since it snowed and rained a little bit.

We booked this trip for a family Christmas trip to Asheville and Biltmore with our two grown sons, so we wanted space! Property was awesome - super clean, modern with great interior design, bright and sunny! Access to Biltmore, Biltmore Village and Downtown Asheville easy and quick. Communication with Jessica, the Property Manager, was top-notch. I felt secure in my booking my from initial communication with Jessica. Her responsiveness, attention to detail and welcome to the home was fantastic!

Close to almost everything we wanted to see! Quiet complex. Clean and a great open concept on main floor. Quick response to questions. We used street parking and had no problems with getting a spot.

This lovely townhome was perfect for a fun and relaxing 4-day stay in Asheville. The floor plan was perfect for the four of us as all three bedrooms were spacious and so well decorated. And the large patio/deck off of the living room was an ideal place to enjoy the nice weather, catch up with some great conversation, and have a casual dinner outside.
The location was also conveniently located to the downtown and other attractions.

This was the perfect place to stay with friends for a weekend in Asheville! In the perfect location, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Southslope district, and even closer to the baseball stadium. It's a beautiful home, and the property manager, Jessica, was great to work with!

We have spent a lot of time in the Asheville area and this was one of our favorite places in terms of convenience (it seems like it's 5-15 minutes from all the places you want to be!). Very clean, very easy. There were several bears in the area so just be aware when you are out walking (which we did a lot as town is walkable as long as hills aren't an issue for you), but they were not aggressive. We would definitely recommend this place. Happy memories, lovely stay.

We had a lovely long weekend in Asheville. The location of this home was ideal for us. Quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to great restaurants, breweries and shopping. House was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beautiful patio deck which was nice for morning coffee as we listened to the birds. You will not be disappointed with this listing. Would definitely stay again if we are in Asheville!

Good location within walking distance to the downtown amenities, and the South Slope. Well-equipped 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with two decks, abundant space in the great room/kitchen, and excellent parking including a garage space for two cars and bikes. Easily accommodates three couples or a large family.

We were in for a long weekend and had a great stay. It was a three minute drive to all of the Asheville action. It could be walkable if you're able. We drove. Parking isn't the best so Uber/Lyft is a better option.
This place is even better than the pictures. You won't be disappointed!!

This house was perfectly located. We were in town to do breweries for our sons 21st birthday and were able to walk to many places. The house itself was very nice and exactly what we needed. We will be staying here again if we come back into town.

We had a sibling trip here, with an added husband, and the space was perfect for us! The kitchen is nicely stocked, and there was plenty of hang out space. The location is excellent, the master bedroom was very nice, we would definitely rent here again, and hope to be back!
