Brilliant place for a break in paphos

This house is perfect located. Not very far from main beach locations. It's spacious and with every amenity. Host is very helpful and responsive. There was no microwave when we checked in and as with small baby we would prefer one, the host gave us brand new microwave next morning.. swimming pool is huge with side shed having BBQ facilities. Plenty of car parking on site. We loved this place. Tx

the road to the house is so steep we scratched the car.

Overall a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The house is very nice positioned in a quiet area and it's ideal for road trips towards Paphos and Polis Chrysohous. Great value for money. The view from the pool area is also very nice.

There were some opened bottles of whiskey in the seating area... And the remote control for the air-condition in one of the rooms didn't work.

the beautiful location and surroundings. and the lovely cats one in particular who was super friendly.

place could have been cleaner. needs some renovation and pool lights were off. pool water was dirty.

Was OK, a couple of changes would have made it better

Location was good, with nice view and quiet surroundings. The owner was extremely responsive to queries via the Booking.com messaging system - made things much easier.

Property was quite dusty in main lounge area/shelving, so presumed we were first visitors of the season? Weren't able to get the air-con units in the bedrooms to blow warm air, despite following (once found) the instructions. Weren't able to get/re-tune the television to many English-speaking channels. No instructions on how to turn on the heater for the shower for the first morning (provided once the owner was contacted). It would have been a nice touch if a small supply of logs had been provided for use on the fire. As a suggestion, it would be really useful if a little "guide" pack, containing useful info (like how/where to turn on the heater for showers), was available on arrival - this would help all visitors "settle in" and be able to get things set up/working as needed.

Very good

The villa was well equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay including dishwasher tablets, a washing machine and washing powder. The outside areas of the villa are great and get good sun throughout the day. The location is a short drive from the airport, Paphos and Polis and various local tavernas. There is a local supermarket within walking distance and there is a regular bus from Stroumpi to Paphos for just €1.50. We did some walking around Stroumpi and the surrounding hills and Aphrodite’s Rock Microbrewery is just 7 mins away by car (they also offer a pick-up service and took us door-to-door). We had a great time and would love to come back.

Although it is a very quiet street and we did not hear from our human neighbours at all, we were woken several times during the night by local dogs barking. This is of course not the fault of the host, but best to take earplugs for the evening.

Lovely, clean, scenic, friendly

Great location for travelling with a car. 25 mins to most places. A local shop within 5mins drive too. Some stunning views as you drive to and from the property. The property is immaculate and had most of the things needed.i would stay again and I would recommend.

Some small bits would make this property perfect..a close up mirror in the bathroom for shaving, a full length mirror somewhere for when getting dressed to go out, provision of hangers To hang clothes in the wardrobes and hooks to hang jackets, dressing gowns etc.

Exceptional

Everything!!! First, the location. For someone asking for some quiet this is the place. No houses around it, with beautiful view of the mountains of paphos. Then, the area in and out. Very spacious and has all the facilities a family can ask for. Very clean. We had bbq, swim, hiking, We loved it. Wish we could stay more than 3 days. Worth for the money. The host was ready to help us. We will defenetly come again.
