THE BED SITUATION:
The main house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 Queens, Bedroom 2 has 1 king, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen, and Bedroom 4 has a Daybed with a trundle and has 2 twins and each room has either it's own bathroom or one right next door. The Guest House sleeps 8 more in 2 nice size en suites. Each en suite has one queen bed and a day bed with a trundle underneath including two additional twin-sized beds sleeping 4 per room. Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses.
Vacationing with young children is made easier as a highchair and pak n play are provided in the bedroom closets. Our home has everything you will need for the perfect vacation, but if there is something you need just let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!

The rate for a couple guests is less than the rate for a full house. A vehicle is not necessary, but it is recommended. Many of our guests Uber to and from the cottage. This is a one of a kind cottage as it is a Victorian style home located on the side of the mountain surrounded by enormous pine and oak trees, and an assortment of other colorful trees. Take an afternoon stroll along the seasonal creek bed or watch the kids explore the wooded property. Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes and boutique shopping right in your own backyard. And If you keep an eye out you will see our very own family of deer who for years have made our property their own. These deer range from little babies to majestic old Grand Daddys with big antler racks.
Another favorite of our guests is fresh eggs in the morning from our chickens (if they are laying). There's nothing like sitting on our covered porch enjoying our girl’s fresh eggs & home baked bread from the Prescott Farmer’s Market which is open only on Saturdays. For our coffee, tea and hot chocolate drinking guests we offer a choice of Keurig or traditional drip. And for your nostalgic listening pleasure in the guest house we have a modern day Victrola brand RECORD PLAYER, CD and STEREO along with a bunch of our favorite classic vinyl records from Abba to Zeppelin!

Serene setting with lots of room, we especially liked the little attached part of the house with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Guy was very quick to answer questions and made sure we had all that we needed.definitely would recommend for a large group.

My family and I recently rented Magnolia's main and guest home over Labor Day weekend. The property easily accommodated our group of 9 (ages ranging from 5 - 72) with room to spare. The guest house has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level, which made navigating ideal for the older individuals. It is also attached to the main home, so no one felt excluded. The first floor of the main home is perfect for gathering of large groups. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you could need (better than any other rental we've stayed). After a day of walking around Whiskey Row (only a short 5-minute drive) we enjoyed sitting in the outside garden eating dinner and playing cards. The character and charm of this home sets it apart from other rentals we have stayed. It's easy to see how much attention to detail went into this home. The Victorian décor was elegantly done; we were constantly noticing new features. Guy (the owner) was extremely attentive. The property it is truly a hidden gem.

There is not much to be said other then wow what a great property and weekend. We had a group of 10 adults and do a trip once a year. So we have gotten large Vrbo homes all over. It was a great experience Guy is obviously a pro it is a well oiled machine. The house for everyone and had tons of different places to hang out. The decor was on point and everything was clean. We will be booking again. The driveway is no joke and not for the faint of heart, it is shot and hard to turn around in. We ended up parking in the street with our trucks which worked out fine. That would be the only drawback if you had someone not as mobile in your group but it did not affect us having a blast. Thank you for sharing!

We stayed at Magnolia Mountain House for a week (we rented both the Main and the Guest House). It was charming and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and it has a nice patio to eat meals at or just to visit with family.Guy and his staff were easily reachable for questions. I highly recommend this rental property, especially for big groups.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property and I must say it was an amazing experience. The property was well-maintained and the interior design was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property also had a lovely garden and outdoor seating area which made for a perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The moment we entered this home we felt a warmth and welcome beyond our expectations. Everything about this home made our trip to Prescott unforgettable. The owner of the home made everything clear and super easy to understand and the communication was superior. The home in itself is truly a gem, and we cannot wait to visit again. The kitchen and dining areas are the first element of this home to set it apart from any other home we looked at. The photos don’t do it justice! Everything was comfortable and cozy and the beds…oh my gosh the beds…in the master bedroom were beyond comfort! We truly loved our stay and will be returning!

7 of us, 60-83, enjoyed this Victorian delight. Upon arrival we had some hiccups, but Guy got right on it and resolved it in a timely manner. He graciously accommodated us for our inconvenience. The beds were comfortable (we did not use any of the trundle beds) and baths generously supplied. The kitchen is WELL stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The second refrigerator in the pantry/laundry is a great bonus. The hot tub is a 3-person tub, so we drew straws. Gym room was nice. House is unique and cutely decorated. We would stay here again!

The 1up Arcade is a nice touch, and provided plenty of distraction (and bargaining chips) for the boys. Having a pack and play already there was wonderful!

Amazingly flexible and accommodating!
So happy that my kiddos and I were staying at one of Guy Kobey’s properties for this trip! He was very understanding when we needed to unexpectedly extend out our stay which is much appreciated. The property itself was immaculate. Exactly what we needed! We will be back for sure! Thanks for the experience.

The home, the cool decore, cleanliness, and the family who owns it are amazing people. We felt so refreshed after our stay and will be back for sure. This place was the perfect little get away. I came up with my daughter for two nights and a friend came up with her daughter for one night. This place was the perfect size. It had enough space for everyone and was still cozy. The owners are fantastic and extremely helpful. They even put out games for the adults and kids!

This suite that is attached to the property owners House was the perfect place to stay. Our party of four found it very spacious and comfortable. It is located along the southern edge of the city and close to the town center. We found it quiet and relaxing.
Dixie and Guy were very pleasant and we enjoyed getting a first hand overview of things to do in the area.

This property lives up to the photos and then some. Located in a beautiful wooded neighborhood of Prescott, this cozy cottage is decorated beautifully. It has all the amenities you would need for an extended weekend or longer.
Approximately 1 mile from downtown, you will find plenty to see and do walking or taking a quick drive to all of the great bars,shops and restaurants Prescott has to offer.

Magnolia
We love going to Prescott. It's a marvelous place and we found Magnolia a wonderful place to stay. Magnolia is in a secluded and wooded area, yet only a minute from the courthouse square. The rental is spacious, clean, and has a charming Victorian atmosphere. The hosts, Guy and Dixie where warm and most helpful.

Perfect Accommodations
I booked Guy's property for co-workers during the Whiskey Off-Road weekend. The location exactly what we needed, between the trails and downtown venue. The home was clean, and Guy was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay at his other properties.
